Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 9-11pm Friday-Saturday.

Izzy was amazing, very attentive and nice. Food is always good! We came for the goat cheese tamales, and are glad they have put then back on the menu. Unfortunately they were out of the butter cake. We got the churro's instead, definitely a dish to be shared for more than 2 people. Valet was not Available on Sunday afternoon. Although it was happy hour prices are high! But worth it! Will be back.

Normally we go to Red O for lunch and have enjoyed the menu. This was our first weekend brunch experiences, and we thoroughly enjoyed that menu as well and received terrific service from Joey! Wew'll be back for future weekend brunches.

Had a great evening as always. Joey was our server again and welcomed us back; he did a fantastic job. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming, seated us promptly. It is always a pleasant evening at Red-O

The server constantly attempted to up sell us. I was with a group of coworkers, and the waiter kept trying to order for us, choosing the most expensive items. This was before we even had a chance to look at the menu. This is not the first time, either. This has happened to me three times at this restaurant. The waiter asked if we would like sparkling or flat water. When we said flat, there was no offer for house tap, he just brought multiple bottles of flat water at $12 a piece so I find myself paying for $50 of water. It's so off putting. On top of that, they've cheapened the items, without changing the price. No more lobster in the shrimp enchilada's, but it's still $34.

Our server, Izzy, was absolutely amazing. I first met him during the Mother’s Day brunch, and he suggested we come back to celebrate my son’s 8th grade promotion—so we did, and it was the perfect call. The service was top-notch, my son was all smiles, and the grandparents were beyond happy. The ambiance, the food, everything was just spot on. It truly made the day feel extra special. Huge thanks to Izzy and the entire team for helping us celebrate such an important moment in such a memorable way.

The food was okay, I had the pork belly hash it was underwhelming. Also, I shared the plantain French toast with my friend and it lacked more sauce or ice cream! Over all the restaurant is beautiful the staff was nice, but we sat in the patio and we had a mouse visitor. The mouse did not go in the restaurant it was just in the patio and it scurried back to the trees outside the restaurant. The staff did apologize even the manager I assumed but that was it.

Food was incredibly spicy - no one at our table could eat the salsa very much because the spice level was too much. The queso fundido was delicious. I ordered the spinach enchiladas and they were so spicy I ate half of one and didn’t eat anymore. They need to not assume everyone like such extreme spice. I won’t be going back.

We used to enjoy our dinners at Red O, and our daughter even chose this restaurant to celebrate her birthday because she loved the special candles they put on cakes. Unfortunately, this time was a disappointment. There were no candles, no small birthday dessert—nothing to make her feel celebrated. After we asked, they brought out one candle and stuck it on our nearly finished dessert. She was turning 11, and little details like that really matter to a child. Sadly, we have no photo of her blowing out a candle this year.
