The manager on duty was awesome and took care of a few issues we had.

The hostess was very rude. We did eat at this location after the service provided by the hostess.

Our waiter was attentive from the get go but the meal did take quite a while. The fried items were not tasty nor appealing however the baked & grilled items were excellent.

Me and my wife took our two small children to this red lobster our first time in this particular location. It took about 10 minutes for a server to get to our table, by the time she was there we made our full order. Our waitress never came back to tend to us and deliver our water or a complementary bread so I went to the bar and asked for water and for the bread. By the time they deliver the water to my table the entrées were already coming out. When they attempted to deliver my entrées I reminded them that I’ve yet to receive my salad. After all we only accepted my kids food because she was very hungry and parched but me and my wife personally did not want to give them our business so we declined our entrées. Finally the manager comes to the table to get our side of the story after hearing about all of the trouble we had throughout the night with our server, after talking to us she immediately went to scold her server. The server came and delivered our bill complaining as to how they sat her section and that it made it difficult on her which was very uncomfortable because I don’t want to hear about work complaints when I’m dining with my family. All this and we were still charged $7.00 for my daughters meal and a appetizer. Manager gave us 50% off. Thanks. My advice it probably doesn’t happen to often but it happened to us and i didnt feel like it was corrected. They could’ve done more to make us feel like our ruined dinner meant more to them.

Our waitress Wanda was great, friendly and very sweet, but when we got there no one said hello or acknowledged us until 6 minutes later. The staff were having a discussion ability a table and the customer wanted to see the manager.
