    Biscuits were not the same! They were doughy. Took for ever to get my margarita which was watered down and they got my order totally wrong.

    It was disappointing. Our waiter brought me a martini in a low ball glass instead of a martini glass, didn’t bring us plates or utensils for the appetizer and then the wrong entree showed up and it took them a good 5 minutes to realize I don’t receive the correct order. After asking 2x we finally got a plate to put the empty crab legs on. Super bummed he has our last visit was amazing.

    Had steak and Maine Lobster tail, and my wife had trout.... both cooked superbly. Service excellent and no wait to sit down

    I do recognize that I had gone to a seafood restaurant even though I have a shellfish allergy. But I do this all the time. I can even go to sushi restaurants and they will clean an area before they prepare my food to make sure that I am safe. At red lobster today, I ordered a salmon Caesar salad, and the manager came over, and practically begged me not to order any protein because he could not cook my salmon on the stove top. Apparently they can only make their salmon by putting it through a broiler?!? But I truly feel that the manager just didn’t want to accommodate my shellfish allergy because cleaning their kitchen for a customer may slow down production. He basically asked me why I came to a seafood restaurant, if I can’t eat shellfish?!? Again, I go to restaurants all the time and this is the first time that I’ve ever been asked to just eat a plain salad because they chose not accommodate by cleaning an area before preparing my food. So the moral of the story is, if you have a shellfish allergy and your Dad loves red lobster and you are trying to make him happy, make sure that your group does not dine here. Choose anyplace else but here.

    Usually with open table in the past we sat at our table within 10 minutes but with Red Lobster you have to check in then the wait begins. We waited nearly 45 minutes. We won't be going back ever!

    Party of 3 using priority seating 8:30 p.m. Saturday June 10, 2023. We arrived about 8:20 and were told there were 4 parties ahead of us (everyone that was there). The restaurant was pretty much empty. More empty tables than seated ones in every section. We were seated around 8:40. Drink orders were taken and came out quickly with biscuits. We ordered at this time, all three ordered endless shrimp. And we waited... and waited... and waited... and waited. It seems there was only one server and having a couple of tables in each section, she was all over the place. She came by a couple of times once asking my husband if he wanted another drink, his reply was that he was hungry and wanted food! She assured us that it'd be up very soon. Finally, at the 40 minute mark (9:30) my husband went up and asked for the check. The server came over and said "I thought you said you didn't want another drink!" I said, "We want the check, we are hungry and we want to go somewhere where we can get something to eat before everything closes". She walks away and comes back with our order, finally. She asks if we want it and my husband asks is it going to take this long for more shrimp?? We decided to stay. She took a second order then and that came right out. It was pretty clear that, that was all we could have (not that we wanted more). So much for "endless shrimp". The food was ok. In the server's defense, she did what she could to make it up to us and she was very sweet, she was the main reason we stayed. Another party got up and left when they were told they didn't have what they ordered. Honestly, I have no desire to go back to Red Lobster again after this. From the looks of the place (empty, short staffed, etc.), it's not doing well.

    We made a priority seat reservation fully understanding that it was not a guarantee for the time available. We were told that we would still have to wait more than an hour so we decided to leave. Got a text that my table was ready as we already drove away, 10 minutes later. We were already far away so didn't come back.

    It was my sister’s birthday today, Jeremy was awesome he took care of everything for us as if we were the only people in Red Lobster. Thank you for having such an amazing Server. Host Pat age 68, my mom Rita age 89, my daughter Tania age 45 & My sister Pamela (her birthday) age 63 today 01/22! We had a great evening at Red Lobster!
