The food was first rate, love you Cesar Salad, always a treat. The wait staff was sufficently good as well. The only thing that spoiled it a bit was the mens room had an awful odor from perhaps cleaning supplies. I couldn't figure out what it was but not a user friendly

Red Lobster’s should not utilize Open Table for priority seating if it can’t keep up walk in demand and sync accordingly. We arrived at 7:10 PM for our 7:15 PM priority seating only to be told by the host there would be another 45 min wait. That was absurd. Thankfully the manager on duty came over to address the issue and seated us immediately. Outside of that issue, the food and our server were both great. He was very attentive throughout the evening.

The waitress was the best. But the hostess and the rest of the kids (employees) horsed around through the restaurant while patrons were trying to dine. Unreal.

This was the worst Red Lobster I have ever eaten ate. Meal came out with no sauces and by the time it was figured out, food was cold.
There was a child (age 2) running around and went to who knows where and someone brought her back but not to her mother.
It was dirty. I could go on and on but why waste my time, I already wasted my money.

We made reservations thru Open Table but was told they don't honor reservations but would give priority seating. We left after waiting for 90 minutes and was told it would be another 45. I can't recommend this restaurant through Open Table because they don't honor reservations.

The evening we were there celebrating my cousin's visit the waiter Dante was outstanding! I have never seen a harder working person. He was covering all areas, the tables the bar and doing dishes! I think that he deserves a huge applause!!
