   Haven’t been to red lobster in a long time and I was thoroughly impressed with the new menu.

   The overall experience was awful. Now don’t get me wrong our server was great. For starters, I had a reservation set for 7:15, arrived at 7:00. We waited at the bar til we were called…. At 8:20 we finally got sat. Took about 15 minutes before we got a drink and about 30 minutes til we got our biscuits. Finally our food comes out, my fiancé’s lobster was so cold so we told our server and he took it back and it was so fast that it was definitely microwaved. It was like rubber when we got it back to our table. Half of my crab legs bundles were cold but I didn’t want to send them back. Oh and to make it all even better, we were sat next to the server station and they were all just cussing and talking about their tables so loudly. All around a poor experience. Won’t be going back to this location.

   Too long ss wait for having a reservation- clearly understaffed which from the reviews is chronic

   My service at the Red Lobster was bad. I won’t never go back. I had food uncooked. I paid for a premium piece of salmon and it had skin on the bottom and it was seasoned with the blackened seasoning on the top. We waited long for the food and it wasn’t many people there. My waitress was good but she look frustrated because every table she served had a problem with the food. But she explained to why some of the food was like it was. #neveragain

    I did not scroll down far enough to realize that I wasn't making an actual reservation but only putting my name down on a waiting list that was up to 30 minutes wait time once I was at the restaurant. In the future I will only use a restaurant where I have a definite reservation. Not good if you have someplace you need to go to after your dinner....tickets for sporting or theatre events. They didn't even have food service at their bar.
