   It is very proud on the weekends but so worth it!! Our only regret is they no longer serve onion rings. But our server made up for that. She was perfect.

   Surprise, service is usually good. Last night, Server was more attentive to other tables. Didn’t swing by before food to check for another drink, didn’t refill drinks and dropped off bill and waited on larger tables. We ended up paying for meal at hostess station after watching him walk around for 10 min or so.

    Really great experience at Red Door in Overland Park, KS. Met and welcomed before being guided to our table. Prompt service. Emma C., our server was excellent, friendly and very helpful. She made the dining experience a joy. The service of getting drinks, appetizer and then the food was very prompt. Everything was prepared perfectly. Our friends accompanying us are discriminating diners and expect everything to be just-so....and it was. Everyone thought the food was delicious. Delivered hot and tasty. Drinks were replenished several times and Emma stayed on top of everything. Kudos to her and those who assisted her in bringing out the dishes. We'll be glad to return to our Red Door here in Overland Park.

    Not at all what I expected! Lots of TV's for watching sports. We went on a Thursday to try the fried chicken. It was great and the cornbread loaf accompanying it was heaven. Neither of us could finish our meals, but I tried! We will return.

    We wanted to go to Red Door on a Thursday night to try the Chicken special and it was great. We arrived at the end of a basketball game and the crowd was enjoying the overtime victory. Our server was quick to get our drinks and order, even with the very full restaurant. The timing was excellent and the drinks were very good. The chicken was amazing, although the pieces seemed smaller than average. My wife had the wedge salad with shrimp and enjoyed the combination. I recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner, great food and reasonable pricing.

    We are strong supporter of the Red Door Grill---we have enjoyed the food, service, and locations for many years. We plan to continue our support in the future, and would recommend the restaurants' to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing time and great food at the same time.

    Our waitress Amanda was superb. She was very informative about the menu and helped our friend pick something gluten free. Also consulted the bartender for her drink. She also kept checking on us.

    Had prime rib sandwich and meat was dried out. It almost seemed like yesterday’s leftover and used for sandwiches next day. Had Rueben sandwich and it was great.

    Went back a second time after consuming a less than desirable dish over a year ago. It was delicious, atmosphere was great, and our server was attentive and had a wonderful sense of humor. We will return!

    I can't get enough of their grilled chicken. It is seasoned perfectly. The grilled vegetables are tasty and cooked just right. I always have trouble deciding between the Ben-Yays and the pecan pie for dessert but we had the Ben-Yays today and they melted in my mouth. So so yummy! Our server was Summer and she took great care of us.

    The last time I went to RDG was right after they reopened after COVID & it was not good. Haven’t been back since. It was soooo good Saturday. All of our entrees were delicious as were the drinks. We will def be back soon!!!!

    Very poor service, appetizer came out 15 minutes AFTER our food was served, salads came out same time as food. EVERYTHING was so over seasoned from the wasaaaayyyyy too garlicky croutons to the very very very lemony tarter sauce. Terrible experience! Even my iced tea tasted like it was made early that morning.

    Server, although nice, was just all over the place. Skipped items, forgot stuff. Was bouncing all around with no solid plan. All the tables in the area were affected. Again, keep the employee, let’s just do another “At the elbow “ training day or two.

    Our app was outstanding- Prime Rib Eggrolls. Delicious. Unfortunately, that’s about it. I ordered Julie’s Woodfired Chicken: overdone and the smallest portion of chicken I have ever seen for $17. My husband ordered the Special: Prime Rib with a Cesar Salad. The salad never showed up and the cut of meat was so fatty it was inedible. Even our server said “I’ve never seen prime rib look like that.” Never saw a manager, even though we were told someone would come by the table. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this night was so disappointing.

    We had a reservation but still had to wait because they were busy. It was very busy and loud because their was a lot of people. They put us at a table that secluded us from most of the people. They forgot to give us silverware. And kind of felt rush during dinner. The food was very good and the waitress was kind.

    the chicken enchiladas leave a lot to be desired. Dark meat, not tender, overall disappointing. it's so loud, you can't hear yourself think. the bar patrons line up by the serving tables and are very distractive.

    Too loud, too chaotic. Couldn't hear my guest. Seated at a table with dirty benches and didn't receive silverware so had to grab our own from another table since snagging our waiter was a challenge. Waiter was friendly and quick so was seating staff. But felt like it needed help with quality control. I like the food. But was reminded why I order To-Go instead of dining in.

    I had the glazed chicken, large portion and very well presented. Great service. Noise level made conversation difficult. A bit of sound treatment would be a good step for this restaurant.

    Food, service was outstanding! Definitely going back! Was a little noisy but we were sitting next to the bar area. Best house salad I've ever had. It had, cucumber, raddish, red onion, cherry tomatoes, croutons, carrots, parmesan cheese and a mixture of lettuce (loaded)
