   Amazing experience! Top restaurants in Hawaii for me! The food was delicious and the buffet option is definitely worth it. I brought my family with me and they enjoyed it as well.

   Staff were great, attentive and nice. The food didn’t live up to our expectations.

   This was a Mother’s Day buffet and Kiara did accepted my expectations both and food offerings and in-service really grateful for everybody from management: Ivy , Marcos, hostess Lyubitsa,  to server staff including Daniel and other personnel who weren’t even assigned to my table yet were so accommodating.  Buffet guys were amazing as well! People at Quiora went above and beyond to accommodate me and my newfound girl friend and this what makes social dining at Qunira so special

   Dine here twice while staying at the Ritz Carlton in Oahu. Dinner was o.k, while the lunch was very good. Ahi Dip, Fish Tacos, truffle fries and burger were memorable. The Crab Spaghetti and lamb chops were just okay. Maybe there are better options.

   It was a wonderful setting for a nice lunch. The service was excellent: not overbearing but friendly, pleasant and professional. The scenery of the ocean's blue horizon and feeling the cool and gentle breeze just made for the perfect ambiance. The food was tasty and excellent. The slow cooked pork belly sandwich , waffle truffle fries, salad and homemade pasta bolognaise were so delicious!

   I guess most visitors wouldn't be interested in eating Italian food in Waikiki, however, we are residents and doing a little stay-cation in Waikiki this weekend. We love Italian food, so decided to give it a try. The food was delicious. We had the burata salad (8/10) and clams (10/10) to start. For our entrees we stuck with their fresh made pasta. I got the mushroom campanelle (9/10), and my husband got the oxtail pappardelle (9/10). The best part of the evening is you get an unobstructed view of the Waikiki fireworks if you are there on a Friday at 7:45 PM. I would say a 6:30 or 7 PM reservation would be perfect. Beautiful spot!

   incredible short ribs and butterfish. would definitely recommend a visit- located inside the ritz carlton waikiki

   First thing to know is Quiora is basically a poolside restaurant. Yes, the pool is a level below and the restaurant overlooks the pool but it’s still basically a poolside restaurant. If you’re expecting a fine dining ambiance with white linen tablecloths you’ll be surprised. If, on the other hand, you want to dine in shorts and a casual top then this could be your place. It is open air and quiet … both good features - and they have good umbrellas. It would also be a good spot to watch the 5 minute Friday night fireworks from the Hawaiian Village. We started with the Caesar Salad which was good. It was the first time for me having a Caesar with grilled lettuce and I liked it. It was also served with cherry tomatoes which were sweet and very tasty. For mains we shared a roasted half chicken and the spaghetti with crab and uni. The chicken was very good and served with roasted vegetables. Definitely enjoyable. The pasta was excellent … fresh made and al dente. Sadly it was very salty and the salt taste completely hid the taste of the uni and the crab. We could see the uni and the crab but we couldn’t taste them. We did tell our server and he said that he would mention it to the kitchen. There is a limited but acceptable wine list. My quick assessment was that wine prices are 3-4x retail … probably pretty normal. The wine we chose had a $30 Release Price and was about $90 on the menu. Overall it was $125 pp with tax and tip. No surprise for a Ritz Carlton. Will we return? Maybe. But if we just want pasta we’ll more likely head to someplace like Taormina.

    Very lovely restaurant and have always enjoyed our dinners but for lunch plan to spend at least 90+ minutes. We ordered our entrees and one member ordered poke bowl. A few minutes later we were informed that the rice would take another 20 minutes to cook so we said fine but we’d like our entrees together. Well more than 30 minutes later we received our entrees which were very delicious. We ordered the cake for dessert. after waiting 20 minutes our waiter advised that the cake was almost done so should be just a few more minutes. Recommend that they disclose the fact that the cake has to be made so the diner will know that there will be a wait. We were the only guests in the restaurant at the time so I assume that the restaurant’s goal is to serve fresh high quality items which we no doubt received. They just need to inform customers so that expectations are met
