Service was excellent. Food was average but expensive. Also, food courses served very quickly. We had one course still in progress of being eaten when another course came. I saw the bill and just thought "I can't justify this much money for what we got".
Steak very good and cooked to right temp. Wedge salad, caesar salad and creamed spinach not up to expectation.
As always, a great experience with amazing food!
While the quality and service had potential the $250/2 people meal had far too many flaws to justify the price point . Steaks were overdone, creme brûlée was more of a churned butter, and the $30 glass of port (when asked to see the bottle) was delivered along side an empty bottle instead of being poured at the table.
Christian was our server! Very personable. There when we needed him and gave us space when we needed that. His lavendartini was SO GREAT! The burger with the bacon jam YUMMM! My son loves the duck wings. Highly recommend! Make a reservation this time of year (winter) because they modify their business hours based on volume.
Food, atmosphere and service were exceptional. Our anniversary dinner couldn't have been any more enjoyable.
The server was excellent, very attentive even though he was also the bartender. The booth we got seated in was very worn. We had the shrimp cocktail and blistered tomatoes for appetizers, although the shrimp was jumbo, still pricey for 4. The tomatoes were ok. The wedge salad was good without the cucumbers which I asked to be left off. We ordered what we were told was a ribeye (the Cowboy steak), if this was a ribeye, it had absolutely no marbling in the cut so it was extremely dry and bland. The Brussels were cooked perfectly but had way too much sauce which was completely overwhelming. We did get the chocolate cake but it was dry and seemed like it was day old. Overall, for over $200, we would not visit here again. We have had better steak at Texas Roadhouse.
Excellent food and service. Staff gave us great recommendations and made sure to make the experience exceptional including a signed birthday card for my girlfriend.
We sat on the second floor and the live music was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Our son’s birthday. Everyone from hostess to waitress to wait staff were amazing. Really nice touch was the signed by staff birthday card awaiting our son. Food was delicious. Service was spot on. Very impressed
Overpriced for quality of food. Disappointed. Service slower than normal.
We sat in the bar area and the service was outstanding!
The meal was okay, nothing to write home about😐 we ordered a steak medium and it was barely medium rare. The Mac and cheese was good, creamed spinach was more like sautéed spinach 🙃 potatoes were nothing special. No bread was served and for being a steakhouse it should have been. Drinks were great. We would go back again but only for drinks and appetizers.
Amazing food, atmosphere, service...always enjoy our time and experience!
It felt like the waiter was rushing us when we were trying to talk and have a good time over dinner. He kept coming by every few minutes, asking us if we're done eating, when there was still food on our plates and were eating.
One of the Top Five restaurants in Colorado Springs.
It was my first time there and now it is definitely my favorite place for a steak in Colorado Springs.
Have had some nice meals after they changed the chef, but unfortunately, NYE’s dinner was reminiscent of the food before the change. Hope they can figure it out because it’s a cool venue with nice staff.
New Year’s Eve Dinner!
Prime 25 has for quite a while, been our "special" place to go for special occasions. After New Years Eve, I'm not sure we'll be going back. I paid $45 for a filet mignon and that is all that was put on my plate along with a ring of roasted onions. Since I don't like onions, I gave that to my husband which left me only with the filet. Really?? How much would it cost to put just a baked potato with it? There weren't any greens, nothing, just a filet dropped on my plate. Very, very disappointing. I could easily get so much more at Texas Roadhouse! They have great steaks and you get a lot with it, for a lot less money! I would love for Prime 25 to be our favorite place to go in town, but not sure when we'll return...... Service was Great!!!
Prime25 does no wrong. Absolutely love this place!
Great food and atmosphere. A little over priced but worth it!
We celebrate our Anniversary on New Year’s Eve since most restaurants are closed on New Year’s Day. 4th Year Wedding Anniversary.
We really enjoyed our meal. The service was great and the good delicious!&.
Our New Year’s Eve dinner was perfection! We ordered the butternut squash agnolotti, filet, New York Strip, short ribs, scampi, truffle macaroni and cheese, wedge salad, duck fat potatoes, and crème brûlée. The service by Rick was excellent!
NYE dinner at Prime 25 was phenomenal. This was the first time my husband and I had ever visited and we will absolutely be going back. Pricey but absolutely amazing food, drinks and ambiance
Never too noisy, good service, excellent food. Perfect meal yet again. Chateaubriand was perfect.
Always incredible service. Very personable and engaging staff. Great food, and fun atmosphere. My go to for dinners for work or when family comes in.
We missed the bread! We always enjoyed the bread. We were told new management said ‘we don’t give out free food’. Disappointing.
This was our third visit, we were highly satisfied with our first 2 visits, however, this third trip was very disappointing. We started off being told they no longer do bread at the table. Ok, not a deal breaker, but once the food came, the quality had noticeably declined. The drinks were flat, the burger was burnt, the crispy duck fat potatoes were soft, the mac and cheese was watery to the point that we actually sent it back, everything was under seasoned. The dessert options were minimal and not enticing at all. The their credit, the service was and has always been great. If we decide to go back, it will be for drinks and appetizers, but we won't eat a meal there again.
The food is very good though a bit higher price than what I can get at a couple of other places in Colorado Springs for same high quality. It is a family favorite for special occasions.
Enjoyed our parents anniversary! Food was outstanding as was our service! Great atmosphere! We will be back!
La comida deliciosa el trato espectacular todo fue exquisito
They redid their menu in December and it definitely is not nearly as good as their old menu. The service was OK not super friendly and I just did not care for the new sides as much as their old dishes. We definitely will be finding a new steakhouse.
Amazing food, amazing service, definitely worth it!
Cool place. Food was mediocre. Steaks not cooked correctly. Service was great.
We had an amazing time. The services was great! And the food too.
Great food! Great service! Loved the French Onion soup
Great service and food! Nice place for a great dinner.
First off, The service was awesome. Prime 25 was highly recommended for our anniversary. Everything else was subpar. My duck wings were frozen in the middle. The filet mignon were good cuts of meat. Both steaks were burnt on the outside, unseasoned, and bland. The next time I drop $150 for dinner, it won’t be here.
We were not overwhelmed in our evening at Prime 25. The food was overpriced for the quality and quantity. Service was so-so and the ambiance was lacking.
Orders were incorrect. Some of the items from appetizers, main meals, sides and deserts were not available. Food was cold, overcooked and service was terrible. Will be a long time if and when we ever go back.
