   We were on date night. The ambience was great. Our table was in a good spot ( near a tv…cuz hockey season!) Our waiter Matt was so nice and funny. He answered all of questions. We left there extremely satisfied. Now let’s talk about that parking lot!!! It needs some help. The restaurant itself was a 10/10!! I will recommend to my friends.

   Frank was our exceptional server. Patient, gracious, informative and with great awareness of when to come to the table and when it wait. We will ask for him next time. The food was truly wonderful. It was plated beautifully & the enjoyment of flavors was new interesting and delicious. Highest regards to the chef tonight! The atmosphere is both suave and comfortable at the same time. All of the staff came across as warm, friendly and had acute awareness of our needs. This was an impressive experience and we can’t wait to go back and bring our friends. Thank you for having such an exceptional and well rounded establishment in Colorado Springs. We are grateful to be your patrons.

   Solid dining experience at Prime 25. We always opt to order steaks at a good steakhouse and the steaks did not disappoint. The crispy potatoes cooked in duck fat came out practically burned so we had to send them back. The second try was great - slightly crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. Overall our meal was decent, including salads and dessert. Good Vesper martinis also

   The food was excellent, steamed mussels, beet salad, steak and duck fat potatoes. All was gluten free and delicious. We had excellent drinks and wine. Our server Jonathan was terrific, he gave great recommendations and was always smiling! We will be back!

   Celebrated my sister’s 50th birthday and the waiter made her feel very special. We appreciate going to extra mile for her! Had a great time. We were seated in a private room due to a large party being upstairs, and they accommodated us well.

    Wonderful experience from the time we were greeted to the time we received the check. Excellent customer service and the food was as equally positive. We took our family from out of state and they were equally impressed. Well done!!!

    My husband’s birthday! Absolutely fabulous service, food and atmosphere. Our server Frank was fabulous, Jamie the manager was super attentive and stopped by multiple times. Wonderful dinner… thank you!

    In a fine dining experience, there are expectations to not have to ask for silverware, refills, ground pepper for salad, another cocktail, or to watch a young server eat olives at the bar or sniff a guest’s wine glass before it’s served, etc. Do better Prime 25.

    A delightful melody of flavors bursting with each bit! If you are a foodie, you will want to make a point to dine here. The crab cakes were expertly choreographed with the ever difficult balance between just enough mix to hold the crab together, providing just enough light crunch outside. Presentation was picture worthy and activated the tastebuds prior the first taste. We enjoyed the Truffle Mac&Cheese and the Sesame Seed Brussel Sprouts. The steaks, 14oz Ribeye and 12oz NY Strip, were flavored well but paled when compared to the rest of the meal in presentation and preparation. If you are a chocolate lover, the Chocolate multi-layered cake will top off your dinner perfectly.

    Lobster tail was not up to expectations and for $38.00 was small and tasteless. Filet was good. Halibut was very good but baked potatoe was very large but not soft and tasty. We dined there in October and loved it. But a disappointment this time.

    Superb! Filet was delicious and perfectly cooked. Loved the Chopped salad. Brussel sprouts and mushroom sides were surprisingly tasty. Perfect restaurant for a special night out.

    The “girls” at the front desks were extremely rude. We were 5 mins late for our reservation and immediately received a lecture. They seated us in the upstairs area and you couldn’t hear your partner across the table because of the noise. Don’t expect to go here and relax! You have 2 hours. They over book then rush service to flip tables faster. Go to the Famous.

    We always love dining here for a special occasion. We prefer sitting on the side with the fireplace as the ambiance is nicer on that side. Normally service is too knotch but our server seemed to disappear for long periods of time this go around. He seemed to be covering a lot of tables so maybe someone called out? The birthday cupcake was nice. Our server did not offer dessert to the other members of our table until we asked for the dessert menu. All in all we enjoyed our visit and will be back soon!

    The food is ALWAYS amazing! We loved our server Brandon, I just think he had too many tables. We waited quite a while for drinks, bread and the check. Maybe just a busy night being Super Bowl and valentines weekend. We will be back regardless!!!

    The serving staff was an amazing team and we were near the kitchen so we got to see some of how the kitchen operated. Both are grade A. All of the staff seemed really knowledgeable on what they had. Any questions we had they had amazing answers and reasons for them. Plus I have a fruit allergy to a majority of fruits and they were amazing about working with that. Couldn't have gone to a better place for a date night and it's well worth its price point.

    Great from start to finish. Started with shrimp cocktail. Large, fresh ad tasty. Wedge salad with side bread service both amazing. Wife had a filet and I had the dry aged NY Strip. Both cooked perfectly. Crispy duck fat potatoes were very good but the crispy Brussels sprouts were amazing. Great bottle of wine recommended by sommelier Brad who was also our server. Didn’t make it to desert as we were too full but they looked amazing too. Was our first time here but won’t be our last!
