   This was our third time dining at Prime. The food and service have been consistently exceptional. Prime is quickly becoming one of our favorites. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

   Everything was wonderful from the seared scallops to the filet mignon and lobster tails to the creme brulee and coffee. Noise level was very loud. Had to set next to my date so we could hear each other. Suggestion: invest in at least 6 accoustical panels to absorb the noise.

   We had an incredible time at Prime 239. We laughed with the staff, enjoyed the food, and our time there. Our waiter Jack was awesome, and we met Travis, one of the managers. The mixologist made a super hard to find drink for my wife, which was perfect. I had the best old fashion that I’ve had since moving to Fl 3 years ago. The steak temperature was perfect, food was delicious.

   Food was excellent.Service was excellent.Had reservations and was told we had to wait for the table for a few minutes because people were still at table.I was sort of expecting alittle nicer presentation of the tables,such as white tablecloths since the menu gives the impression of a more upscale restaurant for the area and a more comfortable dining room.Was very loud and plain wood tables and chairs all closely put together.Other than that everything else was excellent.

   Every course, every meal served at our table was superb! Matt, our waiter, was outstanding. The noise level was intolerable, and made conversation an extreme effort. We will definitely return, however.

   I've been to a lot of steakhouses around the country (almost all up in the NY/NJ area) and Prime 239 stood it's ground with most of them. I've only been here once so I we went with the basics - I got a medium rare filet and my brother got a T-bone (given the size of the filet portion, it technically could have been called a porterhouse). Steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted great. I kept it plain and he added the "roasted pepper chimichurri" and said it was great. Appetizers were beef tartare and french onion soup, both very good, and we got the Jalapeno Creamed Corn and Chargrilled Asparagus w/ Hollandaise for sides. The food was all great - as I mentioned it stood it's ground with most of the steakhouses I've been to. Nothing to put it above any of them, but nothing to put it below them either. Service was excellent. Only complaint would be the noise-level - it's quite loud in there.

   after searching the internet what better expected! The prices are way too high for the quality delivered! With a 6oz filet for $32, all side dishes had to be ordered separately and also paid for extra! The fillet came on an otherwise empty plate...!

    Great drinks, took a bit to get. Dinner was delicious. I received the wrong filet…but, the manager wanted to remove it from our tab. I declined, just charge me for the one I ordered. Presentation we very nice, our server as busy but attentive and very kind. Definitely will make the trek again.

    Food was outstanding I had the starter of the Wagyu beef carpaccio it was a showstopper We also had their 6th filets that are standard in their menu. Excellent and cooked perfectly

    Food and service were excellent. This is our first time eating here and we will definitely be back. The only issue I had is that I was sitting under the A/C and was cold 🥶. We also had a crying baby right behind us most of the meal.

    Wow, what a great experience. We've been at Prime 239 several times and it was good, this time, they totally blew it out of the park. From easy to reserve, super service on the phone when I talked to Travis to make sure which table we'd get to great service from our waiter. Excellent, definitely changed to the even better, loved every moment of it. Thank you for taking excellent care of our guests and us. We will be back.

    New restaurant has some quirks to figure out. Took about 25 minutes to find parking. Greeting was unlike any other steakhouse I’ve been to where they wouldn’t seat us until our entire party was there even though we had a reservation. I had to request to sit down so we could grab drinks while the rest of our party was looking for parking. Manager came to our table to apologize for under cooked steak but when he personally brought it back it was cooked no differently. Waiter was extremely attentive but could tell he was memorizing a script. I would still try it again but might take an Uber.

    Both food and service were outstanding! Our waiter, Tim was very attentive but not bothersome. Steak is the best we've had since we moved to Florida. Highly recommend but be sure you've got a reservation.

    Food was good & tasty but I come from Chicago & we have the best of everything. So I am critical. The service was a 10 though. Place was nice abit pricy. Not quite romantic like I was wishing for especially my birthday. I may go there again.

    Birthday dinner for my husband. We were a table of 9 people. Food, service, drinks - all excellent. Appetizers and entrées all came out to perfection. No better restaurant in the Cape Coral area.
