The scallops were perfectly cooked, our server was attentive and friendly. The ambience outside on a Saturday evening was lovely.

Everything was tiny- small wine pour, tiny piece of salmon- very pricey - left hungry and went somewhere else. Staff was very nice, but wouldn’t return.

Loved the pork chop was thick cut & delicious. The Hokkaido scallops & risotto changed my view of scallops - so sweet.

I arrived about 15 minutes early for my reservation and decided to have a drink at the bar while I waited. The bartender, Jake, greeted me right away. He was very friendly and made a PERFECT martini. I decided to stay at the bar instead of going to my table. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This review would honestly be 2 stars if not for the impeccable service. That being said, the food was not great. I was really disappointed as I'd heard AMAZING things. My first course was the blistered asparagus with Marconi almond butter. This was just a greasy plate of asparagus with a few marcona almonds sprinkled around. The next course was the steak tartare. This was done with an olive tempanade and that's all I could taste. It was very one note and extremely salty. I ordered the artisan bread with the fennel pollen butter. The focaccia was doughy and slightly raw and the sourdough was so aggressively salty that I couldn't finish it. Finally, the strawberry spinach salad. This was dressed with a Disaronno vinaigrette. It was basically just raw spinach with 4 or 5 pieces of strawberry and some chunks of goat cheese. I had really been looking forward to dining but was severely let down. I do, however, highly recommend sitting at the bar and letting Jake make you a cocktail or 2. The ambiance is lovely and very upscale. The bar gets pretty full for Happy Hour.

Great food and great bar/drink menu. They had great bourbon options which made me happy. The NY Strip we ordered was perfectly cooked and quite filling. We also ordered the Pork Belly Carbonara and I suggest adding the grilled prawns add-on to really make that dish shine. Also quite filling! For appetizers, we ordered the beef tartare and a side of bread which came with a fennel pollen infused butter which was amazing. Nice location next to the state capitol building so it’s a good chance you’ll be dining next to politicians, staffers, or lobbyists, but don’t let that bother you. The decor and vibe of this place was wonderful. Conveniently located near the Crest Theater in case you need a place to eat before a show (also a few blocks from the Golden1 Center). Would eat here again.

Great service by Devon, delicious food, nice ambience. Docked one star because despite our 5:30 reservation with note to the restaurant that we were going to a 7:30 show, the entrees were not brought out until just after 7 so we had to rush. It wasn't the fault of our server - he kept us abreast throughout the meal, pacing just perfectly - it was the kitchen.

Excellent service and a great meal. The pork chop was perfectly cooked and the mustard greens a pleasant surprise.
