A Disappointing Fifth Visit to Predalina Our recent visit to Predalina marked our fifth time dining at what has previously been a favorite, but unfortunately, this experience was exceptionally disappointing. What was once a reliable spot for a quality meal has, for the first time, fallen short on multiple fronts The service, which we've come to appreciate, was notably terrible. Our server was slow, lacked attentiveness, and seemed more interested in rushing us through our order than providing a pleasant dining experience. It felt like they just wanted us to order and leave, which is a stark contrast to the attentive service we've enjoyed before Equally surprising was the decline in food quality. The dishes didn't taste the same as our previous visits, and some items arrived cold. This was truly unexpected, as the food has always been a highlight of Predalina The hostess staff has consistently been on the snooty side, but this time, it was even worse. There's a persistent feeling that Predalina operates with the "hip" and aloof attitude of a trendy LA or New York restaurant, where people are treated as less than human. This aspect has always been present, but it was exacerbated on this occasion Overall, the entire experience left us disappointed. To spend upwards of $400 on a meal, only to encounter such poor service and food and endure the continued unwelcoming attitude of the hostess staff, is simply not acceptable. We are surprised by this and will be hesitant to return. I'll stick to Ponte now. A new place we've been going to where the serivce and food are both excellent.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Tampa! The restaurant is beautiful and everything I’ve had there is amazing!

While the food and service were excellent, there were some big negatives. First, the music killed any ambiance the restaurant was trying to achieve. It was loud, which made having a conversation difficult. It was also a very odd choice of music for a restaurant that charges the prices they do....we felt like we were at a club having dinner. On the topic of prices, Predalina doesn't list prices on their website, and they are pricey. While we may return and dine outside, we would never go back and sit inside.

We made a reservation but unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t have a table for us in the main dining area so we decided to sit at the bar. It was Friday evening, so relatively busy. The bar was well staffed with six or seven people behind it but unfortunately, none of them seen that interested in serving us. We ended up just ordering shareable appetizer which came quite quickly, but we were given no cutlery or plates - so we had to try and flag someone down to get those and that took way too long given how many staff were on. Overall, a little bit of a disappointing experience. Will be back though, as we’ve been a few times before and service in the main dining area has always been considerably better.

Excellent experience!!! Great food, great service, would go again. Had guest in from Turkey who enjoys Mediterranean cuisine. She loved it and fell back in love with hummus.

Espresso martini was wonderful. Bar ambiance very nice. We had amazing food and service. Only thing we would have Prefered is the music to be a few notches lower. We shouted to hear each other over dinner. It was very very loud.

Drinks were a little pricey-($17) for a small dirty martini but other than that everything was out of this world. Very good! We will be back.
