   Jay…. What can I say.. he rocks! Quick on his feet, knows the wine and bar list in his sleep.. all staff is awesome. We will continue to come to experience new creations in the wed/thurs menu because it’s fun to try new foods!!

   The Staff were very nice and warm/friendly. They needed some polishing on the knowledge and delivery of their specials and menu items but all in all they did a good job. The food was good but lacked a bit of finesse and refinement. But you can’t beat the view on a warm Saturday evening as the sunsets on the Sandias!! With some work Prairie Star has the ability to regain its place as a top notch restaurant but it will need a little polish.

   The food and service were excellent as always. The Friday prime rib special was great with a large serving of meat and great sides. Our favorite server helped us which always make the evening a good one.

   Creative food selections. All of us enjoyed our meals and cocktails. Too full fr dessert. This is a hidden gem.

   The food was great. It was nice to have the menu change. The Elk was very good as well as the Bison Burger.

   We are usually very pleased with the service and the food. Service was good this time but the trout special was very dry and overly salty.

   While we did respond initially to your review and to your email with our apologies, we sincerely regret the delay in our manager being able to follow up personally until today. He tried calling but missed you, leaving a message asking if you could please call him back on his cell phone number.     There were three of us last night for a birthday dinner. Everything was lovely. A beautiful setting, excellent service, and quality food. I especially enjoyed the trout special with quinoa and green beans. The wine selection is good and the apple pie birthday dessert was a nice end to the meal. One of our favorite spots.
