We were in New Orleans for a business conference and after a long day we decided to look for somewhere close to the hotel for dinner. The restaurant had a good review so we decided to try it. While the food was tasty, it took an hour and a half to get our food and the restaurant was not crowded. It was also expensive for what we got. I had crab ravioli and there were four small ravioli on the plate. It was a la carte and a small salad was extra. In the end, the manager did take 50% off our bill.

Small but varied menu and bright atmosphere with great service made this a perfect choice for a meal alone while traveling. The bar is a delight with its signature cocktails and the crab ravioli were outstanding. Get the German chocolate brownie! Also liked that it is not too loud.

We arrived one hour earlier than our reservation and were graciously seated, no problem. The atmosphere was modern elegance, and the staff friendly and attentive. I had the Breaux Bridge crawfish omelette and it was delicious!! My friend had the eggs Benedict which looked authentic. She said they were excellent.

We had an amazing dinner, the appetizers we had were amazing, the deviled eggs, The Savory Beignets, and the Garlic Parmesan fires all noteworthy ! Although the menus is not huge the food is expertly prepared and presented. Don't forget to order dessert ... the best for last as they say !!! one of our guys went back twice after that for breakfast ... But we had such amazing service, spot on but not stuffy. Friendly and very approachable. I would certainly recommend!

Your restaurant food was very good based upon what my wife ordered. Your selection for someone who is not into seafood is non-existent. I had great difficulty in finding something to eat so I only had a salad. The service was very good but the restaurant was so cold we both thought we were eating inside a refrigerator. This compelled us to forget dessert and leave as quickly as possible. Do something about that issue and you would get a recommendation from me but not until you raise the temperature. Really too bad since you came highly recommended from friends here in our home town who had a delightful dinner when they were in New Orleans.

This is one of my favourite places to eat in New Orleans. Atmosphere is chic casual. The location is just outside of the quarter near the Harrah’s casino. We go there specifically for the Shrimp Corn Dogs, but the entrees are excellent. If you like Shrimp and Grits, or if you’ve never tried it, I recommend them here. This time I had the Beaux Bridge Crawfish Grilled Cheese which was decadent for casual fare. This is one of the Brennan family restaurants named after Adelaide Brennan. She was known to always have a swizzle stick in her mouth which brings us to another redeeming point for Cafe Adelaide-they have fantastic cocktails. Join them for happy hour and try one of their signature hand crafted cocktails. This visit we went for lunch and they had 25 cent martinis.

Service was slow. We had to flag down our waitress to ask for another round of drinks.
