Poppy & Seed is consistently one of my favorite dining spots. The food is always amazing—fresh, creative, and full of flavor. Drinks are delicious, and the presentation is top-tier every time. You can tell there’s real care and artistry behind everything that comes out of the kitchen. I’ve been several times now, and it never disappoints. The menu changes regularly, which keeps things exciting, and the price point is very reasonable for the quality and true chef-driven experience you get. The ambience is charming and unique—set inside a greenhouse-style building that feels cozy, airy, and just the right amount of trendy. The only minor downside is that parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s a small price to pay for such a standout dining experience.

It was a really hot day on Sunday- there were plenty of tables in the shade unoccupied. However they sat us at a table that was completely in the sun. When I asked to move I was told that all the tables in the shade were reserved. However, I had a reservation as well. Was treated really poorly and probably won’t ever return.

Ambience and service was wonderful. Unfortunately the food was lacking and bland. The dishes we did like were the biscuits and gravy as well as the fresh salad.

Excellent food and cocktails! Noise level was a little lot, but not terrible. Service was great! Parking is terrible. All 3 valet lots were full. Will definitely go back but will take and Uber next time.

Love the ambience/setting. Food was great and Eugene our food server was wonderful. A proper salad in the menu would make it amazing but the citrus beets made up for it. Lamb, duck confit tacos, stuffed squash blossoms all delicious.

I enjoyed my first visit to Poppy and seed. Our waiter was kind and went over the menu with us. We booked a reservation at 2 :30 so they close food orders at 2:45. My family ended up ordering eggs benedict, a patty melt, steak hash and ceviche. The food came out in a timely manner and it was pretty good. The eggs benedict came on a flaky biscuit which was a nice change for texture and a salad. The ceviche had scallops in it which was something that I haven't personally had in a ceviche I thought it was pretty good.

The food is amazing. This was our 2nd time dining at the restaurant. First visit on 4/25/25 we celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary. We both had the chef tasting menu with wine pairing. Everything was amazing! The service was excellent and the overall experience was grand. The 2nd visit was 6/6/25 and we had the lobster risotto and spaghetti carbanara with a side of the red beets. Amazing!
