Service was very bad for us. Had to wait for 15 minutes just to have someone bring us water. Didn’t have food on the table until after 40 minutes at our table. Very disappointing for a place of this price point. The food was good once we got it, but that was partially due to is being so hungry at that point. Disappointing experience overall.

Restaurant ambiance and service were nice. One of the meals wasn't very good and didn't look very appetizing. The pork sausage patty and what we think was a square of hash browns were overcooked and it didn't come with any condiments such as salsa for the eggs or jelly for the toast. The brioche french toast and shrimp and grits were very tasty and looked appetizing.

My sister and I took my mom and aunts out for Mother’s Day and this was beautiful. Parking was a bit of a challenge and the valet parking mentioned on the website and that we were reassured of when we checked in didn’t materialize so that was a bit hard on elderly aunt who has mobility issues. The food and drink were all beautiful, delicious and there were several good selections. Our waitress was attentive and checked in with us often and made my mom and aunts feel special.

This is your place! Went to Poppy and Seed today to celebrate 3 birthdays. Our food was excellent, ambience gorgeous and service some of the best I've ever received as it was personable, hospitable, and joyful with Alia. Support staff were great too, as they functioned like a team or family. We were greeted, by Alia, with acknowledgement, by name, of our 3 bday guests, wonderful! Then when asking about the tea, she offered a scent sampling. (in photo). I'm, an avid tea drinker, so this was fun and unique as tea drinkers are often forgotten, not here! Ambience: beautiful glass house, like a botanical wonder, just magical. Food: flavorful, tasty, served hot and we were offered clear and patient explanations. Loved the brioche Fr toast w/ hazelnuts, coconuts, nutella. The Taragon Chicken Salad sandwich sublime and fresh Taragon aromatic. So much more to say, but you'll need to add your thoughts after your visit. Enjoy! PS we love you!

Our experience will have us returning. The setting and food were outstanding. Each guest raved over their choices and gladly shared a taste. The food is above and beyond, and lived up to the hype. My only complaint would be the service as it was lacking. I do have high expectations fitting to the establishment. I will say though our server was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful just not polished which my guests noticed. I recommend a little refresher on proper service to the staff. But again I will return it was too enjoyable of an evening not to go back.

First impression a trendy and relaxing environment a place to bring family and friends for good eats. The front of the house could be more attentive but overall decent handling. Our server was very attentive and welcoming, and engaged with my guest. Positive attitude is greatly appreciated. Would go here again to for special occasions.

Unfortunately, our experience at Poppy and Seed was disappointing. The food was extremely bland—borderline flavorless. We actually had to ask for some spicy sauce just to make it somewhat palatable. Despite the beautiful presentation, none of the dishes had any real taste. The coffee was also a letdown—it arrived lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for an hour before being served. To their credit, the service was friendly and attentive. Our server checked in and asked how everything was tasting. We were honest and said there was no flavor at all, but he just smiled and moved on, which felt a bit dismissive. Overall, the atmosphere and service were nice, but the food didn’t live up to the hype or price. We won’t be coming back.
