The service started out nice but everything took too long to come out and the waiter did not seem into helping me. Then, I read the articles about this place and I didn’t even start the main course. I left. I won’t be back.

Unbelievably poor service. When our food was delivered to us it was almost thrown down onto the table as the one server who brought us our food was upset with our original server. Asked to order two glasses of wine with dinner, and after five minutes no one came back to even take our order. I went inside to the bar to order our wine and the bartender refused to put it on our dinner bill, told me he would need the manager's approval. Manager finally came walking by as I was still waiting at the bar and I asked him for the two glasses of wine. About another eight minutes passed before it was delivered. Really enjoy having my wine served while half of my dinner is gone and now cold. Minestrone soup served without even a question about did we want parmigiana cheese or not. Poor communication between staff, customers and management. Ordered a bottle of the house chardonnay (Magnolia Grove). He did bring us a taste and we ordered a bottle. Then he brought a bottle of Bogle Chardonnay over to the table telling us that they do not have the house wine (Magnolia Grove) and have been out of it for a while. Yet, it is still shown on the menu. We were charged the price of the house wine as shown from the menu with no idea whether it was proper or not for the Bogle. No bread plates provided...where to put the bread that we were served? Waiter finally provided (after we asked) coffee saucers for our bread. We have eaten here a number of times in the past - WE WILL NOT RETURN. Besides the very poor service, minimal pasta choices for an Italian restaurant. The need more staff and a course in how best to communicate with their patrons.

I noted it was a special evening and we were sat right by the door outside when many other fine tables were available. The wine we requested was out of stock we were later told and served a more expensive wine. Food was excellent and served exceptionally fast.

Uninspired menu. I was suspicious when the waiter recommended the chicken entree. Even then I was disappointed. The waiter Carlos was eager to please and very attentive.

I was very disappointed with the brunch. It was no more than what I could have gotten for free at the Hampton Inn. I was expecting a real brunch. With an omelet bar maybe a taco bar or salad bar and champagne. I expected a nice hotel to have a nice brunch. Not at all what I expected.

Everything was good but hostess sat another couple down before us, we had signed in and we’re waiting all she did was apologize then sat us in dining. We specifically wanted and waited for table at bar to watch football. Otherwise all was good, especially the omelette station.

We were seated immediately. The wait staff was just attentive enough. Had the shrimp scampi linguini with broccolini. Food was delicious. I would dine here again.

Gabriel was a great waiter and accommodating to our requests for minor teaks to the listed items. We appreciated the unhurried service and a nice table with an outdoor view. The polptte appetizer was delicious.

The service was great, Elizabeth, our server was attentive but not intrusive and helpful with the menu questions. I had the salmon with creamy garlic sauce with fingerling potatoes and my mother had the pecorino Romano crusted chicken with mixed veggies and fingerling potatoes and that was also delicious. We didn’t have any appetizers or desserts so I can’t comment on that. The atmosphere was elegant and the noise level wasn’t bad at all, which can ruin a dining experience in my personal opinion. Would definitely recommend!

It was a great evening of dining with Lance , our server and Aerial the supervisor who came to check if everything was ok. It was a great evening. Lance did a good job managing our expectations of food portions. The ahi appetizer is delicious but small. Note- the full size is only four pieces. But still delicious. The shrimp linguine was delicious and a good portion. The restaurant was clean. You get bread and butter for you table. Drinks were great. Great place for a casual dinner!

Probably the smallest table I have ever seen. But then it was for Mother's Day Brunch. Frank Sinatra impersonator was excellent. The food was fair, but plentiful. Service was lacking but probably because the place was packed. Overall, it was a fun morning and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Simply a place to eat for people staying at the resort. Very casual atmosphere, thought it would be a bit nicer for the price point of 40-50$ a plate. Limited menu. We got the ribeye and bass and both were ok. Caprese salad was not good at all. Good enough for one dinner, don’t plan to return.

Dined outdoors next to the fire pit. Really nice place to relax and eat. I had only soup and my wife had salmon. She said it was the best she ever had, which was eclipsed the following night. Yes she only eats salmon ar restaurants.

The dinner was great, tight menu with an offer to please everyone. We were able to sit on the patio, not over crowded nor too loud. Super happy we could join that evening, it was a last min opportunity and glad we took it!

Brunch is great. Dinner was bland. Dinner looked nice but plating was not flavorful at all. Dinner is not worth the price but brunch buffet was excellent. Service is very nice and environment is pretty.

The restaurant is beautiful! I had the breaded chicken and my husband had the Butcher shop Ragu. Both came very quickly and were hot. My chicken was slightly rubbery, like it had been cooked and recooked. My husband loved his ragu. We both felt that the food was overpriced. I would still recommend it if you are staying at the Westin and don't want to leave the property.
