   Food and service was excellent! My beef tips beef apart and hubby’s steak was perfect. He said it was the best meal he’s had during our stay.

   We had an enjoyable pre concert dinner. It turned out to the perfect, most relaxing dinner for our planned evening. The service was good, helpful and friendly. The wine list and food exceeded our expectations. The pleasant outdoor patio just put the cherry on top for our party. This is my second time back, but not my last. See you next time!

   Just Ok. Nothing that highlights our meal. The best part of our dining experience was the staff. Nice and pleasant.

   The menu selections were good and the food was great. My complements to the chef and kitchen staff! The service was highly competent and efficient. I marked down the overall experience due to the ambience. We sat outside and the table next to us was very dirty with food scraps when we got there and still was when we left. That really bugged me as it was on the floor next to us as well. Plus the outside seating area hasn’t been updated since we started going there in the late nkneties

   Wouldn't go back. $41 hangar steak came out with cold mashed potatoes and "glazed" 🙄 brussel sprouts.

   Service was good, and food wasn't bad, but this is unfortunately a typical hotel restaurant, where quality is often lacking. Not only were they out of an advertised special, which was the only reason we came back, but they only had 1 bottle of steak sauce, that just had a few drops in it. The staff is earnest and tries hard, but this place needs better management and guidance!

    1- The waiter was running like crazy & was understaffed - 4 waiters for the entire restaurant. 2- Whoever was in charge of Pinzmini had a new menu last night - which is a fail on a Holiday !-Kitchen staff didn’t execute and send all items out at once - one appetizer came out 20 min after the rest and one side dish never made it out to our table at all 3- almost every dish had some sort of cheese in it & they did not allow substitutions - another fail - couldn’t even get mashed potatoes w/o cheese
