PRIME is Greeley's only Prime Rib House! Of course our specialty is Prime Rib, we also have steaks and pasta dishes. We make all our own sauces, dressings and DESSERTS! Make sure you save room for our Signature German Chocolate Cake. We have room for big parties and also have a private dining room. Our stocked bar will take care of all your cocktail, beer and wine needs. We are elegant dining without the pretense. Warm and friendly service in a beautiful environment. Dinner specials on Tuesday and Thursday nights and of course our Thanksgiving Dinner served on Sundays. We pride ourselves on delicious handmade food and service that is warm and inviting. Aside from having two menus (weird and confusing), we enjoyed our dinner and cocktails! Service was fabulous!

I was really looking forward to eating here & supporting a small business. As soon as we arrived, the hostess was stressed & overwhelmed as there was 2 other parties to seat before us. She asked everyone if we had reservations, which we all did. Then she said they didn’t expect to be this busy. Excuse me?! It’s a Saturday night, during the stampede 4th of July celebrations & you don’t expect people to want to eat? After 10 minutes or so, we were seated. Another 5-8 minutes we got water. We could see that there was only 1 waitress, 1 bartender & a full dining room. My husband & I decided to leave as we knew it would be a long night of having to patiently wait for everything. I would love to try their food sometime, but I’ll be sure to not go on a Saturday night, since they are not staffed or prepared for customers to dine. Disappointing

Spent our Anniversary dinner here, I proposed to my wife here 10 years ago when it was the chophouse. Pinocchios Prime did not disappoint and the service was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!!

Simply perfect. The food-we had prime rib and filet. So flavorful and tender! Our server Tamra did an amazing job. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and the owner even came over and sang! The restaurant is beautiful and spacious. Thank you for opening in Greeley!!

We’ve eaten here several times and like this restaurant. However, for Mother’s Day they only offered a buffet for 50.00 dollars a person. It was overcrowded and they appeared to not be able to keep up with the demand. There was no potatoes, stuffing, green beans available, the buffet plates were stacked on a table that we thought was dirty because there was leftover food on it. The poor wait staff was running around like crazy trying to accommodate everyone. Overall, was not worth 50.00 dollars a person, very disappointing and expensive for what we were offered.

Our experience was sadly less than expected for Mother's Day brunch at $49.95 per person. The selection of breakfast food was similar to a hotel free breakfast, nothing special. The prime rib was good but wasn't ready until 45 minutes after our seating time. It ran out quickly, and many had to delay their meal to get any. The value didn't come close to meeting the price point.

Took over 2 hours to get our meal, 20+ minutes to get drinks. The food was fine but the prime rib we ordered came with no sides. Not even a garnish. Waitress never asked if we wanted to add a vegetable or potato or anything. It was weird eating a slab of meat and nothing else

Delicious! We had the artichoke dip, onion rings, steaks, and cheesy broccoli and cauliflower. None of them missed.

I had the most AMAZING experience with Herve’—or should I say Harvey! He went above and beyond with his incredible wine recommendations, making our meal truly special. I ordered the filet mignon, and let me tell you, it was absolutely unbeatable! The most perfectly cooked piece of meat I've ever tasted—so tender you could cut it with a fork! The restaurant itself was delightfully intimate and full of charm, with a fascinating backstory behind the owners that adds to its allure. For dessert, my sister indulged in the chocolate cake and was absolutely in heaven! If you get the chance to be served by Harvey, consider yourself lucky—you’re in for an unforgettable treat!
