The Pimlico Grid
Food, ambience, cordiality!
I would highly recommend, not many veggie option but apart from that is excellent!
Best food I’ve had in London. Rib eye steak was perfect and the goat cheese and mushroom appetizer was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten.
Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The chef makes you feel really welcome, and the dishes are generous and very tasty. A delightful evening.
Fantastic food with a very welcoming front of house. Exceptional food presented by the chef who described his dishes brilliantly.
Brunch after a long flight. Comfortable and good food. Great coffee.
Sensational! My dinner was amazing. I loved it. Highly recommended!
Thank you for your feedback and glad to hear you're loving the new summer menu! We hope to welcome you again very soon.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we're glad you enjoyed our brunch! We also serve dinner from 5.30pm and have a delicious new summer menu. We hope to see you again for either brunch or dinner soon!
Excellent Food, great service and very reasonable prices. We started with a bottle of Gavi di Gavi, along with Crispy Calamari and Baked Goat’s Cheese. My husband had the Haddock Fish & Chips and declared it was the best fish & chips he had for a very long time. I had the Salmon which was delicious. For dessert we shared the house cheesecake and were not disappointed. As we are “locals” we will of course be coming back.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your evening at The Pimlico Grid and look forward to welcoming you back again!
Had a wonderful meal at The Pimlico Grid. The roasted aubergine dish was divine. Warm service and great wine 👍🏼👍🏼.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we look forward to seeing you again!
We did not order starters.. just a main meal. I had fish and thick cut chips and mushy peas according to the menu... my partner ordered a Grid Burger. I asked my partner how he would like his burger cooked to which the waiter looked a little confused... it transpires that was because the burgers are not home made. For these two simple dishes we had to wait over 35 mins although there were only three other diners. My fish was fine except it was breaded and not battered, the 'thick cut' chips were oven chips which I would not eat at home and the 'mushy' peas were in fact garden peas .. either frozen or out of a tin. Whilst we were there one of the three other diners had to ask for a mushroom for his steak and another had to ask for her garlic bread order ... both were well into their meal when these things arrived. Considering there was only 5 customers that's pretty poor. All in all it was of very poor quality and not at all the stanard expected.
Thank you for your comments. We're very sorry to read your experience does not match our standards. All our dishes are freshly prepared to order. The beef for our burgers is sourced from a high quality butcher from the world famous Smithfield market and our chef makes our Fish & Chips using fresh haddock and a traditional ale batter. We're very sorry and disappointed to hear of your experience. We will certainly address any issues and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.
Let me first start by saying I am American and typically eat around 5-530 unlike most Europeans. With that being said we were the only ones on the restaurant ( remember this as you read the rest) the waitress appeared to be late by the conversation I over heard between the chef and maitre de. No one checked on us to see if we needed a refill on our beverages, no one stopped to ask how the food was. The maitre de walked out of the restaurant twice once to smoke and once when the waitress showed up. The food was good and we enjoyed our dishes. We were the only ones in the restaurant so I am baffled as to why the service was non- existent. I would only recommend for the food
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad that you enjoyed the food. We're very sorry however to hear the service you received at the time of your visit was under par. We will rectify these issues and hope to welcome you again.
Although the Pimlico is a very small restaurant, it does have ambience and because there were only about 4/5 table settings, it was perfect for a post-shopping or post-event meal venue. The food was good despite it being late, but the staff kept us informed on that and apologized many times for it being late. They were very friendly and very helpful and I would go there again.
This was a nice quiet spot to meet and talk over a meal, but it was quite slow.
A really nice place for brunch ( and other meals by the look of the menus) in the Pimlico grid of streets. Very tasty food beautifully presented and nice tasting coffee. Definitely going to be our favourite local.
Great food that is cooked by a chef who really cares. Very friendly welcome, quick service and great value for money.
We booked this restaurant due to it being close to Victoria station. We wanted somewhere intimate and not too noisy for 3 friends gathering for Valentine's dinner. It was a very quiet night so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The hostess was amazing! Really made us feel special. Food was excellent, great value. We will be back!
Lovely little place to meet up with friends. Staff are lovely.
Highly recommend!!! Everything was excellent and they made special accommodations for my kids.
So freshly opened it still smelled of paint. Very attentive service. Brunch well cooked and well presented. Coffee really delicious!
This was my second visit to The Pimlico Grid for dinner. I just love the delicious food and the calm/positive atmosphere. The attentive service is excellent. Charming bar list too. Thank you guys for another great visit, I hope to try your brunch soon!
I really like what they’ve done with this place! I went with 2 friends who were visiting from overseas and they were very impressed with the freshness and quality of the food. We had the calamari, the mushrooms and the soup for starters followed by sea bass, ribeye steak and fish & chips. We only managed to share the brownie between us but as I live locally, next time I will save space for the fried ice cream and will also be going there for brunch.
PS: I also like the name, very catchy!
Newly opened restaurant. Chic interior. Cosy atmosphere. Delicious food. Wonderful drinks.
