   My husband’s calves liver was fried in bits, it wasn't warm, the mashed potato didn't look fresh and the spinach he ordered as a side was "gritty". My lasagne was cold, as my husband was already disappointed, I just wanted to leave quickly. We usually visit the Piccolino in Exchange Square and the quality of the food there is always excellent.

   The best place ever!! Ive been twice now, with 2 different groups of people. It was a busy Friday bank hol weekend in the evening, and the place we first booked wouldn’t let us in so we had to find somewhere else quickly! We were running so late to Piccolino as traffic in London was terrible, but I called twice to tell them we would be later and later, and they were super nice & helpful & didn’t cancel our table and ended up getting to our booking for 9:15pm, a hour later than we booked for! They were so great, food is always delicious, drinks are great, great place, perfect location, green park is about a 9 min walk away, clean & super picturesque! Couldn’t recommend more!

   Staff were very friendly and the service was great. We both had cocktails which were very nice (I sometimes find they can be hit and miss at restaurants but ours were definitely a hit!) I had the wagyu lasagna which was out of this world and I would highly recommend. Overall great meal and will be back.

   The most overpriced mediocre Italian meal we had in a long time. If you're Italian, avoid this restaurant, you will be disappointed. Also, the chairs were uncomfortable, the tables too close to each other with little room to pass. The waiters were overwhelmed and hence the service was poor. We won't be coming back.

   The restaurant was clean, well maintained and looked after, the staff were friendly and cheerful and made celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday amazing, Would highly recommend.

   What a wonderful experience and dinner, I went with my friends for my birthday and everything was too teir. The food was incredible and price was good for the portions and flavour, the service was great the ambiance was lovely the service was lovely all in all we had a great time!
