                                                                                                                          Piatto’s is an outstanding Italian restaurant in Houston, a city with many amazing restaurants. It is our favorite place to go for incredible Italian food with such flavor. We recently had the veal parmigiana with angel hair pasta and Alfredo sauce. Portions are large so come hungry or take it home. We always get the tiramisu dessert as it is the best we have had anywhere. The wait staff is very attentive to make your evening special. Houston is very fortunate to have such a great restaurant!

                                                                                                                          My wife and I have been going here for years and it has maintained the quality of the food and kept the service prompt, friendly and efficient. The prices are very reasonable compared to some of the new restaurants. We visited last night and I can report ...it was as good as ever. We especially love a dish called "speedini" (shrimp in a garlic sauce service with a side of fettuccine Alfredo). Wine prices are also reasonable compared to so many of the "new" restaurants which have jacked up the prices on their list to ridiculous levels. So, If you want a great Italian meal...in a restaurant where you can actually talk to the folks you came with (without shouting across the table) this is your place.

The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and engaged. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to or living in Houston. We walked from the Galleria and it was a breeze.

                                                                                                                          This Italian restaurant—run by members of the Carrabba family—has tasty food and enough variety that anyone should find something they like. We entertained friends we hadn’t seen in several decades, so we had a lot of catching up to do. The wait staff was attentive but not intrusive. Although it was a Saturday night, they never rushed us to finish our conversation and leave. We did keep an eye on tables, so we wouldn’t interfere with someone else’s reservation. But diners came and went while we ate and talked. A very pleasant evening. The wait staff was a large part of that. (And we had enough leftover veal for dinner for two the next evening.)
