It was cold outside and with the front door opening and closing, it made the restaurant feel cold. They should have turned up the heat to compensate for the cold. But as is typical, the staff doesn't notice because they are moving and it's probably more comfortable.

We were in a hurry due to an event. We told our server and she was able to expedite our order. Even though our order was rushed, the food was not compromised at all and was very good. We had the cast iron salmon, ravioli, and bolognese, along with an appetizer. My only comment is that I was not enamored with the cocktail menu, so I stuck to water.

I forget our waiter's name, but he was a tall gentleman who was very kind and helpful with the wine selection! I have been to Piatti twice now and the service, attention, food, dessert and wine selection is impeccable.

Food and service was great. I recommend the bucatini and hot pepperoni pizza. The only issue I had was that I was seated outside in the far back corner where I could literally hear every single car drive by. I could hardly hold a conversation without being interrupted by traffic. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I didn’t notice empty tables closer to the main restaurant.

We really enjoyed this restaurant and I probably would have rated it much higher if we hadn't visited Valencia in Spain recently where the food and restaurants were truly wonderful. It's a lovely place and the staff are very helpful and enthusiastic.

High Point of the experience was the amazing food. All three guests had a different main course and each of us enjoyed ours immensely. Good waitress. Enough lighting and nice atmosphere. Value was comparable to other restaurants in its category. Noise level got louder as the night went on, but was tolerable, hostesses were dressed VERY casually.

I was really disappointed in the ravioli with lemon sauce. the sauce congealed and i took two bites and couldn't eat any more.

We had the ravioli, and bread pudding for dessert. Both were delicious. The service was outstanding! I don't remember our server's name, but she was dressed as a butterfly for Halloween.

Wonderful food. Kind and thoughtful staff, who placed us in the atrium because the weather had turned bad for our outdoor seating. I prefer the atrium and it was kind that they were able to place us inside. Food was superb as usual! It’s a tad pricey for lunch, so you can’t go all the time but it was a nice treat!

We dined in during peak dinner rush time so the restaurant was very busy. Our server, Grace, was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and checked in on our table frequently for refills and anything else we needed. Food was delicious as always.

Server was horrible from the get-go. She was disgusted that she got a late table and she rushed us through the whole process. I tipped her well, but not even acknowledged anything to us. She just wanted to go home.

As usual we had a great meal. Since it was a nice day the 4 of us took a shady table outside. Service was great, and the food was terrific. Generous portions, good prices. When 2 of us wanted to split a large dish, the kitchen divided it into 2 dishes to serve.

My wife and I ate here recently for our anniversary. We sat in the atrium, which was lovely. Our server was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the presentation was also fantastic. Our cocktails from the bar were perfect and we enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine with dinner. We will be back again soon!

Even though the info was supposedly at the bottom of the menu, I'm still bothered by the 3% service fee. (and looking at the receipt more closely, the service fee was also taxed). When I called your restaurant, the person who answered said I could talk with the Manager, but I decided I didn't want to. Thank you for letting me explain my ratings. Would I recommend Piatti's -- if they don't mind paying the service fee and tax for it.

This was my first time here and it was great! They had plenty of choices on the menu that were awesome. I had the spaghetti and my wife had the Risotto and couldn’t be happier with our selection. There was also a singer on the patio which was nice background music for dinner. We will definitely be back!
