We did not dine at Chang’s because they could not seat us for dinner as they had to shut down due to a water issue. So this isn’t a review about service or our meal.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our overall experience could have been better. Firstly, we were sat a booth before they swept it, so there was trash and food the floor. Secondly, the majority of our food was not hot when it arrived. I don’t know what happened, but the food did not taste the same. We used to love the food here, but the quality has definitely changed.
