I love this restaurant and the amazing friendly staff.
I come here once a week, and can say without a doubt that everything is perfect every time.
The tacos are sublime and the Margaritas hit the spot.
Such a great experience.
Food is bad
The food was amazing, as usual and the service was exceptional. Thank you.
Besides a 30 minute wait for our ready to finally sit and my order being little messes up thankfully was fixed easy but overall always a good experience. Food and drinks are always good service was great. Just annoying making a reservation and not getting seated for almost 30 minutes
Really NOTHING special, ends up easily to be a 60/70$ meal per person undeservingly. I won’t go back. Pains to say but that is my opinion.
Delicious food! - fantastic margaritas…. The cauliflower nachos were delicious! Looking forward to going back soon!
This place was awesome! The cocktails and cauliflower nachos were bomb AF!! I highly recommend visiting this place.
Always the absolute best in service and top quality delicious food and drinks.
Jose, our waiter was fabulous.! The Cauliflower nachos were great. The quesadilla nopales cactus, was wonderful Tacos are great! Drinks, lovely! Great value.
Incredible and kind service, amazing food, great ambiance! One of my favorites in LA ❤️
This has to be my fav restaurant. I was so happy to hear that the corn is back on the menu. RUUUNNNN.
Super friendly and great tacos! I would go back for sure.
Went for a team dinner and it was amazing! We tried almost everything on the menu and I could not complain about a single thing!
Get the cauliflower and kale nachos, which are great and shareable. Don't bother with simple chips/guac.
You get 1 street size taco for $6-7. This won't be filling on it's own. The new dorados are great and shareable.
FYI: Not doing Happy Hour right now.
They have outdoor tables along the street. But, even the indoors has plenty of ventilation because of how it is set up with air flowing from outside.
Friends bday! Staff was incredibly kind and attentive.
Two bites of food for $200. Next time I come I’ll have to steal some petty cash from work and make it out to Bodacious Sculptures in Ice
Service was great, food great, big space
The staff completely forgot all about us. The male waiter was lost and never came to our table after taking our order. We had to chase someone else for service and for payment at the end of our horrible meal. This was one of the worst experiences I had at Petty cash to date. Very disappointed.
Excellent food and cocktails. Don’t miss the mezcal upgrade in the margaritas or the black beans.
Cinco de Mayo during covid. We were seated at the very last table on the street, despite arriving early to a reservation that I’ve had for weeks. We were joking that they would forget about us out here. They did. The waiter forgot that we ordered/forgot to put in our order. Came back half an hour later to ask if we were ready to order. Forgot we ordered dessert. The hostess came by to say that our time limit was up while we were waiting for said dessert. A time limit I completely understand by the way! When we told her she apologized, but we were already upset at that point. The food was good, but the drinks didn’t seem to be their normal quality. I probably won’t be back for a while.
Great food ,great service. Did not like textra 4% LA health tax
Wow way overrated especially for Mexican in Los Angeles! We found the food bland and boring. Food trucks and other restaurants have much better food (some for a fraction of the price). Indifferent service. Peanuts on an octopus taco? Not listed on the menu (and not worth wasting an octopus on). (And kind of dangerous for peanut allergic folks). Can see why this is a ‘fun’ trendy place but don’t go for the food.
Overall it was nice but I really didn’t rate my food, the value for money was terrible! Tiny portions!
Great, friendly staff! Food was great, drinks were well executed.
Amazing food. Great friendly service. Can’t wait to go back.
Food was amazing and also margaritas! Staff was very attentive. We enjoyed it!
Heard about your place from Hell's Kitchen, right away I got a good feeling, and it was all really nice.
Great food, ambience, and drinks. Will definitely be back.
Exceptional outdoor dining experience! Great food and margaritas- the cauliflower nachos are crave-worthy! ❤️ Petty Cash!
The cocktails knock it out of the park and the El Pastor Taco was my favorite. Even something as simple as chips salsa and guacamole tasted so amazing due to the freshness of the chips and unique salsas
Parking around the restaurant is terrible (I know this isn’t the restaurants fault..), but there’s no available street parking because it’s all reserved for residents in the area. Had to park pretty far away... The service was very slow. Seemed like there was only one waitress inside working all 10 tables... maybe they’re short staffed because of covid but none the less it took forever to order and get anything additional we needed. I thought the food was overpriced, $8 for a tiny steak taco seems like too much... and $13 for a reallyyyy small margarita. It was tasty but expensive. Chips and Guacamole were amazing, and the ambiance was nice. Would maybe recommend but the service needs to improve for me to return.
Love everything about this place! Can’t wait to go back !
Menu is very limited. Only 6 tacos to choose from. Guacamole was good. Cauliflower nachos good. Drinks good but overall expensive dinner and we were hungry. The tacos are two bites each. You need many.
Good outdoor tables.
The cauliflower nachos are my favorite and the margaritas are delicious! It was my second time dining here and I was very satisfied!
love this restaurant! would go back here anytime and highly recommend for a fun dinner
BEST food, BEST service, super COVID safe. Never a disappointment; I love this place so much.
💯 very good good and service we will return
Tacos were TINNYYYYYY for that price.
Drinks good but small glass for 15 dollars is nuts.
Will never come here again
Great food and service. A personal favorite of mine.
