Pazzo! Cucina Italiana is Fifth Avenue South’s original and most beloved Italian restaurant in downtown Naples, FL. Since 1995, we’ve served soulful, handmade pastas, fresh seafood, and house favorites in a romantic, lively atmosphere. Perfect for date nights, celebrations, or relaxed dinners with friends.

✨ Early Dining: 2 courses + a glass of wine for $39 per person, available 4:30–5:30pm
🍷 Wine Special: 30% off all bottles, offered every night

    The food was absolutely amazing! We shared parpadelle pasta with bolognese sauce as an appetizer, along with the meatball appetizer and were not disappointed. It tasted Homemade right out of my Nonna’s Italian Kitchen. Two of our group of four had the pork chop which was delicious and huge! Service was great and inside or outside dining was perfect. Definitely a repeater.

    The restaurant is lovely. Food was amazing. Delicious. We went for the “early dining” which included an excellent variety of dishes. We were seated in a nice quiet booth. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend

    Another excellent meal at Pazzo!! We have been here numerous times and every time the service, food, atmosphere and experience is outstanding!! In addition, the cocktails are always delicious and well made. We always look forward to our meal here, so we highly recommend this place. You will NOT be disappointed!

    Amazing as usual. Had desert this time. If you haven’t, you need to have the LASAGNETTA. I’ve never experienced something an amazing!!
