This restaurant seems to be permanently closed. Although we had made a reservation, it was not open, and the website says it has closed as of June 1st.

I have been there 3 separate times and each time the food was beautiful, fresh and delicious. Most recently my mother-in-law and I celebrated her birthday with an early dinner. Dinner was fabulous and service was wonderful.

Food was good - a few misses - not crazy about the octopus nachos (they were good, an interesting dish, but wouldn't order them again) or the tuna tacos (to his credit, the waiter tried to steer me away from those), but the carnitas were excellent and so were the duck taquitos; decent beer selection; hipster-y service. Was surprisingly empty for a Saturday night at 7:30, maybe only 8-10 other people there. Would like to see ABQ support this good local business, especially since it's feels a little by its lonesome there on Lomas and 7th. And they still haven't fixed the wall in the front, but it doesn't interfere with your meal, so you shouldn't let that deter you from going there. Would imagine that the more folks go, the sooner they'll be able to fix it :)

Always love this place. While the food leans to fried, it's tapas, so not like one heavy item. The service is always fabulous - gracious, friendly, well-paced. Second year I've gone for the January birthday special, and Chef Elvis came to our table and made the Plantain Bananas Foster right there. Love this place!

Always excellent food, prepared and presented. We enjoy the variety, it's Latin not Mexican food. My wife and I both enjoyed our meal, sampling each other's: I had the Fish Tacos and my wife had a Brazilian fish stew. The staff was available and helpful, suggesting an appropriate beer to go with our order and left us to enjoy our meal when it arrived. The check was a pleasant surprise for the delicious and different food, in a quiet atmosphere.

Hmmmmm. What to say...... My wife and I came here on one of our rare nights away from the kiddos. The sparse handful of people there at 6:30 on a Saturday night, foreshadowed the experience to come. Our first encounter with the waiter was "So are you guys ready to order". The waiter seemed like a nice enough young man. Obviously just under-trained. After some prompting he did offer some recommendations on the menu. Sadly, our food was not the best and we left feeling like we had wasted one of our few opportunities at a nice meal together. I'm hoping this was a one-off experience and not the norm.

This place had some really nice flavor combinations that made for tapas that my wife and I hadn't tried elsewhere. The spinach goat cheese empanadas were very good. The curry cauliflower with cashews was nice, although it was more Mediterranean than Latin and rather large for a tapas dish, even sharing it between the 2 of us. My wife's favorite was the jalapeno margarita. The crunchy fish tacos encased in banana-chip fusion tortillas was my favorite.

Not far from Old Town, it's convenient to get to and worth trying, especially if you're looking for something a little different from the traditional New Mexico food.

The food was superb. Many menu items were stuff you won't typically expect. The duck taquito was our favorite. Try a portion of the sweet potato chips. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for a casual meal.

Exceptional flavors and creative dishes. The tapas sound wonderful! We had the banana chip fish tacos which were deliciously crunchy and flavorful. Great happy hour margaritas too!

The food is amazing if heavy on fried items. Our group tried just about everything on the tapas menu. The only item that some of us didn't like (and that seemed to all of us to be out of place) was the Moroccan cauliflower. There were several misses with the service, including forgotten orders, an incorrect bill, and difficulty accommodating a gift card. However, the staff was friendly and the food was worth the inconvenience. We will return.

This was not our best experience. We asked the waiter to bring soup first. Instead he brought all our guests food and he ate by himself. When soup came it was lukewarm. We did not say anything because our guest was already finished and we hadn't started.

I bring all my out-of-towners here. This time it was son & his wife, both foodies with SF sophistication (!). They loved it (of course!). Only problem ever at PF is that the food is so wonderful, each dish so unique, the service with just the right pacing, that we all overeat - because no matter how full, we can't pass up the scrumptious desserts :)

This was my second time here but this time we came with friends. We many several tapas which were all delicious. The restaurant is calm and cozy and our server was very attentive. Get the avocado panna cotta for dessert!

This was our second visit to Pasion Fusion because we had had such a great experience the first time. We went for lunch during restaurant week. The food was really good. I had the olive dish for the appetizer, the fish tacos for my entree, and a wonderful chocolate cake for dessert. The fish tacos were delicious and the cake was perfect in that it was really tasty but not too sweet. I did find that the entree was served a little too soon as it came while we were still enjoying the appetizer. The only other negative wasbthat the restaurant week menu was confusing in that the appetizer and dessert were shared items, but this was not described on the menu. Despite the small issues , I would definitely go back.

This is my favorite place in town! I always bring out-of-town friends here. Food is fabulous, and the service is unbelievable - personable, attentive but not intrusive, warm and friendly. Just a gem!
