May 7, 2025 - May 31, 2025Anna Søgaard's Jomfru pop-up will be taking over the Pasero kitchen for a 4 week residency for the month of May. Jomfru is a look back at food enjoyed throughout Anna's childhood in Denmark, taking traditional Nordic cuisine and infusing it with her excellent culinary skill and understandingof modern European flavours. Anna grew up between Denmark and America, first coming to prominence at Manchester’s acclaimed restaurant Erst, and most recently heading up the opening of London's Bistro Freddie.
