Worst service I've received in a long time. Ordered a bottle of still water and emptied it between the 5 of us. Never received more water and our server didn't visit our table during our entire meal. We stacked our plates and pushed them to the edge of the table and sat for 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. After my wife and children left I was able to flag down our server and ask for the check. He placed it on the table and took it back when I gave him my card. He brought it back and said "here you go" and walked away. Didn't say anything else. Didn't ask how the meal was. Didn't say have a good night. Just walked away. Absolutely absurd.

We had a great dinner experience—truly above expectations! Our server Aida was fantastic: warm, attentive, and helpful with food recommendations - catch of the day and hamachi ceviche were excellent. The food was delicious and the service made the night even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Excited to try this place with all the culinary praise, but the overall experience fell unfortunately short. We dressed for a Javiers/ Red O experience, instead I was “standing in line” for Splash Mountain or the radiator Springs. Open floor/ no privacy, cafeteria-type setting. It took us a while to be greeted at the table, and we were rarely checked in on. We had to ask for refills of our water and didn't have anything to eat until we tracked down a server. The food was good but nothing I would bother coming back and experience. We had the chile relleno and chicken enchilada. Well presented but looked like it was sitting on the warmer for sometime. My dish (chile relleno) came about 10 mins after hers was delivered. Overall the experience was sub par. I don't see myself coming back.

Food was cold by the time they got to our table. Service was very slow!! Took 20 min just to get our appetizer of chip and salsa… !!

Excellent service from hostess, server and food runner. It was nice to meet the manager and hear recommendations. Food was outstanding! Drinks, dinner and dessert were all wonderful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food at Paseo was out of this world! Our server was very attentive and was able to make recommendations for dishes. We tried a wine from Baja California that was wonderful. A little loud but it is after all tourist season and big parties were around. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly return.

Great vibe, sit outside on balcony. Perfectly done Yucatán fish, creative, unique and delicious. Beautiful presentation. Chips and guacamole were a great starter.

Paseo is an experience! The food has always been delicious, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our server, Rudy, treated us as if we were his only guests even though he had many others. He offered helpful suggestions and at times it seemed as if he had read our minds as to what we were considering. Our table offered a beautiful view of Downtown Disney, so it was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. We will return to Paseo as often as we can.
