   It was our 35th wedding anniversary and i wanted somewhere nice but without a lot of noise or fanfare. We had not previously been to Parma and the description and previous reviews made it sound like what i was hoping for. It was by all accounts! My wife had the lasagna, of course, which we also share as tonight’s leftovers and I had seafood linguine. Delicious food, friendly while appropriately attentive and reasonably priced, Leonardo and Francesca offer a wonderful dining experience.

   Great italian food. We really enjoyed the good taste of the burrata and all the other dishes. The host is very nice. The waiter Robert is very attentive. We’ll come back.

   This is the best Italian restaurant in San Diego. My wife and I have been going there for years. We have tried almost everything on the menu and it is all delicious. The owner and staff are wonderful. The service is excellent no matter how busy the restaurant is. If you haven't tried Parma, please do. You will love it like we do.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and promptly seated, ready to embark on our culinary adventure. We started our meal with the **Burrata Fiore di Parma** and the **Carpaccio di Salmone**. Both appetizers were generous portions, perfect for our party size. The burrata was creamy and rich, paired beautifully with fresh accompaniments. The salmon carpaccio was a standout—it had an intriguing smoky flavor that added a unique twist to the dish. For my main course, I chose the **Fagottini al Tartufo**, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The truffle flavor was rich and aromatic, enveloping the delicate pasta in a luxurious embrace. Each bite was a celebration of flavors that transported me straight to Italy. The wine selection at Parma Cucina was impressive, with a range of options that complemented our dishes perfectly.    We found this gem from a prior open table review. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Service was attentive and the food came quite quickly. All the dishes were delicious.

   Sat outside Friday night. Restaurant has outdoor heaters making it very pleasant. As usual food was delicious and the service was OUTSTANDING. Why go elsewhere.

    Cozy charming Italian restaurant in the heart of Hillcrest. Friendly efficient staff provided a very pleasant experience. Drinks, octopus salad and short rib pasta were all excellent. It’s a real taste of Italy!
