Parker’s was conceptualized in 2015 as a pop-up in one of Dubai’s oldest and most loved neighbourhood parks – Al Khazan Park.

It is a culinary obsession that aims to foster childhood memories of spending time at the park, adding twist to street food from around the world and bringing the most flavourful food in a sociable setting.

Mr. Parker is the keeper of the park. To get access, visitors need to find one of his keys. Mr. Parker conducts daily key-hunts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Khobar. Customers are encouraged to follow him on Instagram and Snapchat to find out where he is and get a key.

Had a lovely lunch at Parker’s in Knightsbridge with my sister. The manager, truly made the experience stand out he greeted us warmly, ensured we were comfortable, and was so attentive throughout. He helped us with menu suggestions and was quick with the service, making us feel really taken care of. We started with two mojitos, a passion fruit and a strawberry both super refreshing. For starters, we ordered the Spicy Toffee Shrimp and Crispy Calamari, which were flavorful and perfectly cooked. For mains, we had Steak and Fries, Lime Hot Sauce Pasta, and Lemon Chicken, along with street fries on the side. Every dish was well-presented and delicious. To finish, we shared two desserts: the Matilda Cake and the Pull Me sponge cake with ice cream, both were absolutely indulgent. Overall, the food, the ambiance, and especially the manager’s excellent service made it a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our visit to Parkers London! I went with my friend and we tried the Lime hot pasta, Crispy calamari, Nacho Salad and Pull Me dessert—everything was spot on. The flavours were amazing and the presentation was top-notch. Great food, great service, great vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at Parker’s London, thanks to Rahul’s outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was fantastic — the steak and fries were perfectly cooked, the taco pizza was delicious, and the ‘Pull Me’ was simply outstanding. Rahul and the team made our visit memorable, and I would highly recommend Parker’s to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at parkers restaurant, and everything about the experience was top-notch. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo, the pretzel Chicken Strips, and the Crispy Chicken Potato Slider — and every single dish was packed with flavor. The Chicken Alfredo was creamy and rich without being overly heavy, with perfectly cooked pasta and tender pieces of chicken. The pretzel Chicken Strips were a surprising standout — crispy, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully with a tangy dipping sauce. And the Crispy Chicken Potato Slider was the perfect bite-sized indulgence: crunchy on the outside, savory on the inside, and topped just right. What really elevated our visit, though, was the service. Micaela, our server, was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough without being intrusive. It’s clear she cares about making guests feel welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend for a delicious meal and warm, professional service!

Went there to find out that they are not linked with open table anymore but luckily we got a table. Food took an hour to come. Very basic and over priced. Will never ever go there again

The service was very slow, and the overall experience was disappointing. The food was average, and the staff were not attentive. I had to wait 10 minutes just to receive a menu and another 20 minutes to pay.

Absolutely awful. Zero customer service. Barely any waiters were serving and food service was really really slow. Food came cold and items were missing. Had to tell waiter multiple times that they’ve forgotten items from our order. The meat was awful in the burgers. Most popular food items out of stock too and very limited food menu. Very very overpriced. Especially compared to the Dubai branch. Not the same as the Dubai branch at all. Absolutely awful. No words to describe how bad this Parkers is. Should have never opened in the first place. Absolutely ruined my New Year’s Eve meal. Told manager that our food items were missing and there was no point making them anymore as our current food was already finished. Even then there was no compensation made such as a discount off the bill or missing items free of charge.

Overrated, overpriced food with Mayfair rates. Portion sizes don't reflect the pricing. I felt £30 for beef steak sandwich with a few thin slices of steak was just unacceptable. Food in Dubai branch was much better and I found the service to be cold in London. Also when we arrived we were told 3 of their of highly recommended chicken dishes were unavailable which was quite disappointing . I would think a restaurant of this standard can take the initiative to call up and inform their customers if some of their best sellers are unavailable. Assuming the customer will order something else is just poor service. Overall not worth the monies and there are better places for much better food. If you do want to visit stick to their instagrammable viral cakes but avoid the food.
