The food was good but the service was not that great. When you are paying top dollar for drinks snd food I expect a lot more attentiveness. I highly doubt we will be returning.

Overall, a great experience as always. Well prepared and presented food. Service at the level as expected for this venue. The only constructive criticism related to dessert item - strawberry shortcake with a large "biscuit" was too dry due to a lack of strawberry sauce and strawberries. Otherwise, perfection.

Our waitress Stacey was amazing and took care of us throughout the evening. The food we ordered was good overall but the meat was a little tough and the preparation of the asparagus not to our liking. Dessert was outstanding as well as the wine and drinks we ordered. Atmosphere and ambiance were excellent.

First visit to Pamela’s. The restaurant was only half full, yet we had to flag down our waiter and the trainee he had with him. Scallops were delicious, good wine selection.

Enjoyed tenderloin, meatloaf dinner for 2, Caesar salad and hamachi appetizer. The food and service was excellent. We also enjoyed the mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes!

Very noisy environment, chairs would not slide easily to the table. Waiter was not well trained. Had to waive him and the bartender down to get our teas refilled. Three or four staff hung out at the bar and restaurant entrance and never once checked with the dining room patrons. Coffee was never offered to warm it up, Food was ok but strangely prepared. Sausage with biscuits and gravy was way too large and gravy too thick. Mushrooms in the omelette were left almost whole. Potatoes were oddly shaped and way too many spices made them inedible. Toast was served dry with jelly on the side. Had to ask for butter. Needs a competent manager and much staff training in service and food prep and presentation. Will not go back.

Food ordered was the pork belly hash, breakfast burrito, and lox with bagel. All portions were generous and outstanding in flavor. Service was great. Hope to return sometime soon!
