Food took about an hour. We had the best waiter in America who was calm and did everything she could. We were not warned about staff shortage and has a very tight itinerary #coachella The service and pool area was amazing. But please be upfront with customers prior to ordering if there are delays. We ain’t all retired yet! #palm springs The food was a little cold. The pancakes were tough but the drinks were top tier.

The music was so loud we cd barely speak or hear. Our guests, 20 yrs younger than my husb and i, said the same. Asked for it to be turned down even just a tad, and no dice. Everything else great, but the noise level was almost unbearable

What a fantastic find for Sunday brunch. The crunchy French toast, breakfast burrito, spicy chicken sandwich and cauliflower bowl were all top notch. The poolside setting was fun and cozy and the staff were super friendly. Our server Brittany, in particular, offered warm, attentive and knowledgeable service. Well done!

The pool at ARRIVE was lovely and uncrowded even on Mother's Day. The ambience was very "Palm Springs" and casual. The service was a tad slow given how empty the restaurant was; it took over 25 min to receive our order. The breakfast menu is lovely and the food was great for the value.

My drink (Bikini Bottom) was delicious. May be my new fave. I bet on a less windy day, the pool is hopping. The food was a little cold but I was hungry so I ate it anyway. Quality ingredients.

Shrimp cocktail was good but, it's somewhat difficult to mess up shrimp cocktail. The chicken Ceasar wrap contained chicken that was dry and tough and neither the lettuce nor the sauce resembled what one would expect as ingredients for a Ceasar salad

We wanted to go somewhere “cute” for breakfast and The Pool at Arrive delivered. Although we weren’t guests of the hotel, we still got the same treatment as if we were. The food was delicious and I’ll definitely bring people back when they’re out visiting Palm Springs!

Located in a trendy hotel. Great pool side dining with vistas of the mountains. We experienced loud DJ clubby music during weekend brunch. Dined several times with significant miss this time. Eggs cold, toast hard, Bloody Mary’s pricey. Staff disorganized and made errors on order. Worth a try again.
