Executive Chef Angel Franco invigorates this longtime Santa Fe retreat into a Modern American experience, with dishes inspired by his career in some of the most notable kitchens of the world. Sourcing ingredients from local farms and ranches, fresh seafood from the coasts and beyond, blending the familiar with the unexpected, arriving always at the memorable. Our tree-covered back patio is open during the warmer months when weather permits.

Tickets go on sale July 1st. We are thrilled to partner with Donnachadh Vineyard from Santa Rita, California, for this year's 2025 Wine and Chile Fiesta. We will present a five-course tasting menu and an amuse-bouche by Chef Angel Franco, paired with wines selected by our Sommelier, Kristana Busamonte. This year, we will celebrate Donnachadh Vineyard with a leisurely lunch on our tree-shaded patio featuring Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. Meet the winemaker at this exclusive event. There are only 50 tickets available. The event will take place from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

I have been a lover of this restaurant for years and should have left this review long ago but it didn't cross my mind until I attended a lovely event there this weekend. I enjoy this restaurant for many reasons, the food is excellent with something for everyone, the cocktails are sublime, but the service and atmosphere is what makes it my favorite place. Whether with friends or alone I always have a good experience. The manager is always there to greet guests with a welcoming smile, the hosts are attentive and always make an effort to seat us where we are most comfortable, and the bartender is always happy to whip up a special something based on our specific tastes. This place has a great respect and love for their local patrons, and it shows. The prices are very reasonable, why go to an establishment of lesser caliber and pay the same thing when you can have better food, better drinks, and the best service in a more elevated atmosphere? Thank you to Palace Prime for setting the standard for dining in Santa Fe. My favorite meal is the burger with the best fries in town, but the pasta is also some of the best I have ever had. I've never had a beverage there I didn't enjoy, but the Mezcal sour they make there is my go to.

While on vacation we went to the Palace & had a really wonderful dining experience. It's one we will always remember. 5 stars for everything.

We went to the bar for HH before a concert at the Lensic. Had a drink and a couple of food items. We split the chicken sandwich and FF. The sandwich is really excellent. Also had the bass ceviche and it was really good too. I think next time it is oyster time. Saw a lot of trays coming out and they looked good. Passed on dessert--maybe next time.

Outstanding! Everything - from cocktails to dessert - was delicious! Interesting menu. Something for everyone - from oysters to chicken to pasta to steak with vegetarian options. Staff was attentive but not hovering. Lunch/brunch menu is a great bargain for upscale downtown dining!

We sat outside. It was a beautiful night. Our waiter was extremely professional, competent, and accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. We had a wonderful experience.

Great food. Branzino was delicious and super fresh. Thanks for deboning it. Duck liver mousse was so savory and rich. Perfect meal. Don’t forget chocolate custard pie.
