This was our fourth or fifth visit to this Pacific Catch, and on every occasion the service and food have been excellent. I miss the Sears store that used to be here, but it's too late!

Great place to meet for a friend’s birthday. Service is outstanding! Ashley is the best! My friends had the sushi and i had the fish and chips. It was all wonderful.

While it was no fault of the restaurant, the power when out in the Mall. Everyone was asked to drop their food and exit the restaurant while the Mall tried to get power back on. The waitress was very rude about the way she asked us to exit. I finished my soup before we left and you would have thought I was committing a crime. We took part of our appetizer to go. The staff needs better training for a situation like this. There was NO fire and no reason to make us leave the building like the sky was falling.

I normally love dining here. This was the worst dining experience i have had in a while. We waited half an hour for waters, then finally complained that we had not had any contact with our waitress. Had to complain again after the waitress still did not make contact, not even a “ be right with you.” When they did take our order, we waited another half an hour for drinks and appetizers. Drink order was wrong, ribs were rubbery and calamari never came. Finally, the food came, one wrong entre, three cold ones ( almost not edible). Only good thing was manager had enough class to comp the meal. Really unfortunate.

Truly enjoyed the Friendly Staff, the beautifu setting - and of course - the wonderful Seafood. Took me back to visiting Hawaii long ago. Also had a great discussion with our Server Rachael - about The GOOD CUP (see https://thegoodcup.world/ - NO PLASTIC AT ALL) - and she showed me your Plastic Cup - which is moving toward Sustainability Bravo.

They sneak on a percentage (I forget what percent) surcharge on the bill as a "cost of living” surcharge. Very frustrating bc it’s not the server’s fault so we don’t want to tip less but felt frustrated the menu prices were not the true prices. Service was great food was good tho they were out of a couple things we wanted.

Very strange evening due to the "comedy of errors" on the server and kitchen part. We just had to laugh as it happened so many times. First they were out of the lager we wanted. Oh well. 2nd I ordered the Alberino and when the server came to tell us she brought a taste of a red wine. Oops, Alberino is white. Then they were out of Kanpachi so instead I ordered the chimichurri bowl with ahi. It came without chimichurri because "someone" thought it wouldn't be good with the ahi. they brought a small portion out and it was great to dip the ahi in. The service was very "loose." No one checked on us, asked if we wanted another glass of wine, dessert, etc. We've been there many times and this was unusual. The service isn't very "tight" usually but nothing like this. And being out of so many items was very strange.

I had a great time here but I have to say, the fish tacos were horrible. Sushi was alright. Coconut shrimp lacked flavor. But man those fish tacos, I’d never get those again from here

We enjoyed the vast menu and many choices. Excellent beer choices on tap. Our choices were delirious and well prepared. Service was good and the staff was friendly. After dinner we enjoyed a walk around the mall.

We went for my birthday and were seated outside. Our server introduced himself as Jordan and boy was he the best. We could tell he was busy but he treated us as if we were the only table in the world. My husband had the calamari, which he stated was good, and I had the coconut shrimp, my favorite! I had the sea bass for dinner and it was great, however the corn wasn’t my favorite but there were a lot of side options so next time I’ll try the mashed potatoes! Jordan surprised me with a cute little dessert which I loved. A great night overall thanks to Jordan :)

Very interesting variety of food. This was my first time there and so hard to make a choice of what to pick. I ended up really liking what I did pick, can't remember the name but it was salmon on a bed of rice and greens. It was very delicious. Unfortunately, it was a very warm day and the room I was sitting in was next to the outdoor patio that was wide open. Meaning there was no doors or windows separating the outside from the inside. So either the air conditioning was not working, as I was sitting inside, or it was just so warm the AC was escaping out into the outdoor patio area. I was hot the whole time, which made it an uncomfortable dining experience, but the food and service was great.

Can’t believe this restaurant gets such high ratings. The food was so marginal, like if you got sushi at TGI Fridays. The coconut shrimp was just a few small curled shrimp, not like big butterflies ones you usually see. The “guaca poke” was just some flavorless ahi in the middle of a bunch of bland avocado, surrounded by a bunch of flavorless chips. The lemongrass mojito didn’t even taste like fresh fruit juice but instead some kind of artificial mixer. What a disappointment. There are much better restaurants in the area. Amazing to get such lousy fish so close to the coast.

Having to sit in the bar area after having made a reservation was disappointing because it is so noisy there. Of the four of us, one dinner came out way before the other three. The food was good.

Food was good. Will definitely be back. The biggest issue was we were put in a table hidden in the corner. Seemed as if we where hidden from the servers. The place is loud and a lot of families were there. Servers were polite but my drink never received a refill. We sat outside I think when we go back we will be seating inside.

Food was ok. I like the concept of “sushi tacos” but they should be served right away so the seaweed is crunchy and fresh instead of wilted. I’m not sure if this was a new restaurant but there seemed to be several mistakes happening, our table included. The staff was nice and the inside of the restaurant is very clean and modern. I think with time this could be a very good place

Pacific Catch is a delicious restaurant that has a variety of seafood options, whether raw or cooked. My go-to is the trio platter or the sushi tacos! The trio platter is perfect since you choose which ceviche dishes you want and is a perfect sampler. Both options are so flavorful and delicious and you can't go wrong dining at Pacific Catch.

Pretty yummy! Great coconut shrimp. Their crispy rice is unique and delicious. Classic margarita was nothing special. Lunch service was mediocre. Server was sweet but lacked connection, urgency, and confidence
