   Fast service and beautiful atmosphere! The pizza was amazing. My husband got the Veal Milanese and he was very impressed. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly with great flavor!

   This was the second time we were here and same issue twice. The food is excellent but the service is extremely slow. It happened twice. They need to get more staff or be able to plan operations better if want to make it. I hope owner figures it out since the food and overall ambiance is very good.

   We ordered wine and two appetizers to start , bruschetta and calamari .Bruschetta was not what it is supposed to be ,tomato garlic olive oil topped slice of nice fresh bread , this had no tomato thick slice of old bread topped it’s some balsamic vinegar or something brown , calamari was under done and tough not crispy . . The waitress came soon after we received these appetizers to ask us to order main course since “they had two large parties inside and might run out of options “ Based on our experience with these appetizers we decided not to order any main course , paid and left .

   Great first dining experience here, from beginning to end. The hostess was very welcoming, and immediately took us to our table. Excellent service from Ehfrem, friendly & professional. We were here on a busy night and sat inside and it was on the loud side, but what do you expect for a successful, newly opened restaurant during Easter vacation time. Our friends loved it, they ran into some of their other friends at the bar...and also had a great experience. See you soon for lunch with other friends, Kristin G.

   Food was superb! The fried gnocchi app was divine and the tartufo was the most delicious I’ve ever had. Efferin, our waiter was professional and so attentive. Eduardo and Lydia, the owners, are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend when you are visiting Naples, FL!

   We had another excellent meal and experience at Ottimo. The food and service are always great....also, you gotta try their meatballs.

    Amy the hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious with large portions. The beet salad and lobster ravioli were outstanding! The waiter was very helpful and accommodating. We met the owner of the restaurant to compliment him about our wonderful experience and told him that we look forward to coming back with more friends.
