We drove all the way down there and they were closed!!
I was very disappointed to arrive at the restaurant to find the it was closed. During this climate it is very hard to get into a restaurant if you don’t have a reservation and since I thought I had one of course I didn’t make a reservation elsewhere. Ruined my date night.
Made a reservation and drove all the way here to find that it’s permanently closed... please update your open table!!!!!!
I am new to town and was very impressed!! The ambience was amazing and the food was spectacular.
Great meal and better service. Ate outside after the rain passed, very nice city views. Kobe meatball app was amazing! Pasta in a jar also a highlight!
We had a great experience....spot on waiter and delicious meal. The manager was present and very accommodating and welcoming.
Every time my husband and I come we are never disappointed. We love the food and atmosphere.
Had the mozzarella appetizer with tomato jam which was delicious!
For salad we split the arugula salad and was very good. I had the Cacio Pepe pasta which was excellent. We also had the Rogatoni vodka which was also excellent. All in all the food was great.
The portion sizes are big. We could easily split the entree’s.
Great place for Italian food.
Best place in the Bay!
Very nice, as they adjust to the new serving guidelines
Server Bri was amazing.
I took my best friend here for her birthday! Our server was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and was well taken care of. Will definitely be going back!
Great experience! Will return again!
Food was good, almost very good. Price was a touch high for the quality. Music was blaring and interfered with dinner. Waitstaff (Sam) was attentive but never intrusive - really excellent.
My favourite place
I really loved it! This will be my go to for Italian. The drinks and food were very good. Will definitely be back.
Great food and service. I will come back for sure. Rigatoni in a jar was amazing.
It was 3 of us.We ordered the meatball for apperizer which we all loved. For main course I ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese, and my family members both got the Asiago Gnocchi. We all the entrees were delicious. For dessert each of us had a different dessert. I had the Bombolini which was just fantasticz they were so light concidering the size of them. The others had the cheesecake which had rave reviews from my nephew and the tiramisu had a mix review because it wasn't the traditional tiramisu, this was layered in a cup, not what was expected but enjoyable. Otherwise a good experience. I would return to try other entries. The waiter was very pleasant. The other people like the bus boys and servers didnt have as great a personality.
Food was well prepared. Wine offerings by the bottle were way overpriced.
Started great but at 8 PM became a night club. Love music with dinner but when it became very loud people around us also became loud to the point where we could not hold a conversation. So we left and went to a real nightclub.
Trendy young and upbeat restaurant. Downtown Tampa location is an easy walk to the Tampa Theater and other event venues. The waitress was knowledgable and quite helpful in her suggestions, since the menu is quite varied. Not your typical spaghetti and meatball type Italian but a more Tuscan flavor. Incredibly delicious meal. We will definitely return when we can spend a little more time enjoying our meal.
Amazing service!! Thank you Shayla!
We had (4) in our group, none of us had been before. We were celebrating two birthdays. Food was so great, and we felt spoiled all night. We will definitely be back!
Octopus appetizer extremely tough and chewy. Fritto Misto very good. Lamb shank a bit over cooked and dry, but Gorgonzola gnocchi accompanying melted in my mouth. Companion had Rigatoni with short rib. Again a bit dry. Could have used more sauce. Service was excellent.
Service was excellent. The octopus appetizer was tender unlike what we experienced at another restaurant recently where it was tough and chewy. The pork shank and eggplant parmesan entrees were both excellent.
It was okay but not exceptional
So, initially was excited. Server came to table knowing we had a show soon, so reassured us the food would be out relatively quickly to accommodate. Explained the drinks to us, helped us make a decision on the drinks. Then we ordered our food. We got a calamari appetizer (the shrimp that came with it was AMAZING), my fiancé got the chicken Marsala and I got the bone in ribeye steak at medium temp. Got the appetizer pretty quickly, then had to wait a while for the rest of the meal. Steak came out well done and some parts were cold. Great seasoning but the difference between medium and well done is too much. My fiancé’s chicken Marsala wasn’t even the best she’s had (she prefers Carabas). Like I said we had a show to get to so complaining about the food and getting a new steak was out of the question. The creamy polenta was AMAZING and the potatoes were ok. Getting a 160+ bill for that meal was insulting. I paid the same amount at Berns Steakhouse for perfect steak. Few highs few lows.
Nice restaurant and our server was really nice but we arrived for Sunday 2 pm reservations and they were already out of pizzas which their menu offers various selections of pizza to choose from. Who serves pizza but runs out on a Sunday by 2p? So we ordered something different along with their $20 meatball (Yes, just 1 meatball is served) which started out being pretty tasty but the center of it was frozen!! Our server was nice enough to remove it from our bill and gave us a couple of frozen drinks on the house. Other than that I wasn’t totally impressed but I may be willing to give them a second chance.
Knowledgeable service and our meals were incredible!! We will be back!
Thank you for your review!!
Food was excellent! Will definitely go back!
Thanks so much for the compliment!
The food was absolutely the most authentic Italian food that I have ever had outside of Italy. The pizza was delicious and they have a great wine list to compliment the menu. We can’t wait to return.
Thank you so much for your compliment! We look forward to seeing you soon!
Very lively and a little loud, but very good food with good recommendations from waiter. Beer selection lacking.
Thank you for your review! Your feedback is appreciated and noted!
I love this restaurant. This is my 4th visit. Outstanding service. The manager and owner stopped by. Food is exemplary. Great wine list.
Thank you Robyn!!!
The food is very expensive and not what one would expect when paying so much. It was disappointing. It is a beautiful restaurant though.
A lovely hostess, very accommodating...gave us table we asked for, made sure we are comfortable with the air... opened the doors for us to get the outdoor feel. The server was very professional as well. The food was delicious.
The Asiago Gnocchi, Tagliolini di frutta di mare and the fritto misto were great! Would do back in a heartbeat!
