   This was our first time visiting. We were promptly greeted with a smile. The food was amazing. Our server suggested the special which was amazing. My other party member really enjoyed the chicken parm. Finally the final member in our party was very happy with their gnoche.

   Food was amazing! Pesto pasta, potato pizza, and focaccia were all very good. But got sat in a corner in the back room and felt forgotten most of the night. Sat for probably 15 minutes before a server came to us. But could look past it for the quality of the food and could’ve just been a bad night.

   We were unlucky with table location, just inside the door and the service was a bit slow. Food, however, was excellent all around.

   Our dinner was fabulous - from all perspectives! We were seated immediately, our waitress was very friendly and helpful but did not interrupt or pressure us, our food was incredible and the atmosphere was delightful. We had such a fun time and definitely will return. The Caesar salads were so delicious, the eggplant was excellent and the pasta was scrumptious. We made a mistake by ordering the bruschetta pizza which was soggy because of the abundance of tomatoes so well choose differently next time. That was our only disappointment of the evening. What a great place!

   Entrees were very good. Lower rating for food overall because they were out of meatballs. At 6:30 on a Saturday night? Little disappointing.

   Our server was Ella and she provided invaluable advice. We told her that we were considering one of three salad-type options. She steered us away from one and gave us information about the other two so we could make a selection. The salad we chose, the panzanella, was excellent. We knew we wanted cacio e’pepe, a simple dish that is difficult to execute well. It was outstanding. Interestingly to me, the second cheese was Romano and not Pecorino. That gave a slightly different flavor to the dish than I’m used to. We each chose a glass of wine from among the Italian wines on the menu that we had enjoyed before. Finally, I ordered an affogato and my spouse had a dopio. Everything we tasted was delicious. When we’re in town, we’ll definitely be back.

    We had an amazing evening! Thank you to the staff for accommodating our two extra guests. The food and ambiance were amazing!!
