We love the food at Osterio Rago! Last night the three of us shared Cheese Ravioli with ragu sauce, Gnocchi with pomodoro, and pasta aglio, olio. YUM! And for first course we split risotto with truffles and mushrooms and the really tasty salami salad. All totally delicious. We have to be careful not to go to our favorite Bloomington restaurant too often for fear of wearing out our welcome! Highly recommended.

Made to order, fresh, all-in house from pizza to pasta, it doesn't get any better than this. Beware, book ahead. This is no secret in Bloomington. Service matches food quality with some really in touch long time servers on board.

Fun. Surprisingly good restaurant hidden in an alley behind Nick's. Lauren, our server, was great. She made fantastic suggestions. Will definitely return the next tine we are in Bloomington.

This was our second time dining here on our visit to IU and the food and service was outstanding. The pizza is absolutely delicious. Look forward to dining at Osteria Rago again soon.

To start we were seated promptly at a very small table for two. The waitress was very friendly and enjoyable. We ordered an appetizer of bruschetta that came out promptly a bottle of wine. We also ordered salad which came out quickly and was delicious. It was just the house salad. Then the food came out. We ordered the ravioli with the red sauce. It was some of the best ravioli I’ve ever had. My complaint is that the food came out too quickly. We did not get to enjoy the appetizer then the salad, and then the main course it was all brought out almost at the same time. The table was very small and things were getting awkward. I will definitely go back, but I will tell them not to bring main course out until appetizer and salads are done. Overall, it was a delicious meal and we were treated well.
