   We had a blast! I'm so happy I choose to celebrate my birthday with OSR. The service, food, the DJ's and the Host were all outstanding. We are currently planning to come back within the next few weeks, the vibes were fire! Well done to the OSR team x

   Excellent music, decent menu for drinks and food just a bit of a slow service. Staff on the restaurant floor worked really hard though, props to them.

   My youngest ordered the oxtail and I have to say I wish I had also. The meat was succulent, flavoursome and melted on the tongue. However the rest of the party ordered the jerk chicken. Which the majority found really nice. I personally would have enjoyed a more authentic smoked and spicy assemble. The presentation of each dish was impeccable. Customer service on top form. Would I go back again? With out a doubt it’s a YES.

   I recently visited this venue for the first time, and I have to say, the staff was absolutely lovely! Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. I found myself needing to get up multiple times just to track down the waitress. On a positive note, the drinks were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the place was wonderful. However, I was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from the waitstaff. As someone who has worked in the industry, I can’t help but feel that they could have done a better job of checking in on customers. Even when I pressed the buzzer they provided—five times!—no one came to follow up. Throughout the movie, I had to keep rising from my seat to get the waitress's attention, which definitely put a damper on the experience. I really hope they take this feedback to heart because it would be great to see improvements in service levels. After all, a little more attention can go a long way in turning first-time visitors into loyal customers!

   Venue lovely. Staff awesomeeee. Great vibes the movie concept is 10/10. My only two hmmmm. Was the heating it was not warm at all the heaters look good but are not fesiable got the size of the venue. And the food was not nice sorry. The staff are so welcoming and really nice. I will be returning so hopefully those areas are improved as its a great spot. Thanks for a lovely thursday evening overall.

   This place needs to decide what their offer is: is it a bar? A club? A restaurant? I'm not spending money to eat out, while I need to shout to be heard while trying to have a conversation.

    I went to the OSR bar for my birthday with a few of my friends. And they were so accommodating and went above and beyond. Our main waitress Tia, went above and beyond. She had great knowledge of the food and drinks, always had a smile on her face and really took pride in her Job. I have to also say all the safe was on point. The music was vibes, took me back to my secondary school days. The food!!! Was it, it was well cooked flavourful, portion sized more than enough. I had the GOAT and it was lovely perfectly done. The drink was beautiful also. Loved my experience, would visit again
