   Eating here was all I expected and more. They staff is impeccably trained and I felt like royalty the entire evening. The food is absolutely deserving of its Michelin Star, in fact I think it should have more stars! Every course is surprising, with intense flavors and a unique take on the dish. The Sommelier has put together a surprising and interesting wine list, and the pairing was perfect. The Chef is a genius. He served me the Scallop Course and I was so honored. He was charming, humble, understated and obviously so excited about the dish. A lovely man, a lovely restaurant and a brilliant meal.

   We had a fabulous dining experience in this lovely restaurant, the staff were amazing, in particular Alex who was a fabulous host. The food was amazing and great value. We will definitely visit and would highly recommend.

   Wonderful experience! I would recommend to everyone to try out this place. The cheese selection was out off this world. The staff was amazing, attentive and funny.

   We had a wonderful evening at Ormer Mayfair. The food and service were outstanding. We’ve been to a couple of Michelin-starred restaurants before but this was definitely one of the best. The finesse that went into every single course was remarkable, service was friendly, charming and attentive, and prices were absolutely affordable for what was on offer. Very happy we chose this establishment for our anniversary. Highly recommended! Thanks to the Ormer Mayfair team for this memorable experience.

   Food was amazing, although the sweet courses for me didn't quite leave me blown away but still lovely. Staff were probably the most helpful and engaging anywhere in London, 110% on the job. Had a lovely conversation in the bar before my guests arrived re the German 4 day week. Great guy super polite, (should have made a note of his name to leave in this review) set the tone for the evening which was a fantastic night out. Well done to everyone. Many thanks Tim G

   Excellent service. The front of house team was engaging, friendly and professional. Food was very good, well crafted and well cooked. I am not a big fan of pigeon, but still very nice. Meal was not cheap, but worth the money overall.

   The most incredible Michelin in London. The food was incredible, the staff had a superb attention to detail and the overall experience was one to remember.

   We have been to Ormer Mayfair several times now. Every visit has been outstanding. All the staff are perfectly polished in their craft. Everything is a presentation without being ostentatious. They have integrated much of their supply chain to grow and make their own ingredients, and the control this gives them over food quality and consistency definitely shows. The food alone is enough to justify the price. Chef draws on their unusual combination of heritages and showcases what a top kitchen can produce without stretching dishes out of all recognition. This is molecular gastronomy used to bring out the best of each dish rather than to let chemists show off in a kitchen. Where Ormer Mayfair really shines is their wine pairings for each selection in their tasting menus. With some encouragement and a willing audience, their sommelier elevates the experience from great to magnificent. If you're curious you will get a story for each wine, the estate, and winemaker. Unusually in the industry, the pairing selections seemed to me to be evidence-based in contrast to a more common sommelier approach of "most people like this". For one course we were asked our preferences and by that point we had learned enough to say "we're in your hands and trust your choices implicitly; please consider everything you want, even choices you might normally not dare". We were richly rewarded for our faith. One of us selected the optional cheese course where we were treated to what we now understand is the Ormer standard: staff who were knowledgeable and passionate, completely devoted to creating the best possible guest experience. We asked for unusual cheeses we wouldn't find elsewhere or on store shelves and once again were richly rewarded. It is impossible to single out any one staff member for praise because every single one of them could and should be used to teach what fine dining could and should be elsewhere. I don't understand how Ormer Mayfair has only one Michelin Star!
