We had reservations at 730pm but were seated closer to 8pm-which is not a great start for those of us who take the time and plan our dinner. It's a sushi bar counter and I would probably suggest that a 1.50 to 2hr limit be placed on seating during earlier seating times to help movement and seating. Owners were very kind and apologetic and that showed me they care plus they are involved - this is just my suggestion..otherwise a great place ...good handrolls and kind staff and chef plus chef assistant.

Got seated immediately with reservations. Our server was attentive and gave us several recommendations. He had us try out their yuzu sauce which is so good. Each handroll was filling. We had the bay scallop, salmon, and fresh uni from Japan. Must get the soft serve ice cream at the end. The place is small, with only a few tables and mainly bar seats. Would recommend making a reservation ahead of time and if you sit at a table instead of the bar, ask the server to bring the rolls out one at a time so that the nori stays crunchy and fresh. Eat the rolls immediately! Would def come back!

Outstanding handrolls!! I frequent many sushi restaurants, and Origami's premium handrolls are one of the best ive had. Appetizers are also excellent. Highly recommend for casual outing with buddies!!
