   We loved Orchid House Winery for my SIL’s Bachelorette Party! The venue is so beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was so friendly, and our waitress, Lynley, took great care of us and made sure my SIL and everyone else had a wonderful night. I highly recommend for any occasion!

   We always have a great experience when Aiden is our server! My friends always have ridiculous requests and he indulges them with a smile 😊

   Although we usually have a fantastic experience at Orchid House Winery, this visit, two of us had to send our food back because it was undercooked. The manager handled it very well. They replaced both meals with new ones that were cooked as they should be. We were also offered a complimentary dessert. We love it there and will certainly be back!

   From the lack of parking and having to park by a dumpster and lawn equipment and walk down a gravel road, to the table in the 89 decibel level room across from the host stand, this experience did not begin well. We had to walk to the main dining room for the buffet, which was not nearby. The buffet table was messy and unattractive. Dirty plates from patrons were located where there should have been stacks of clean plates. When we asked for more plates, they were delivered with water and bits of food on them. I went to the bar to ask for napkins to dry the wet plates. The bartender handed me 3 cocktail napkins. I went back and asked for an actual towel, returned to the buffet line and began drying plates for both my family and the guests in line behind me. I asked a server for help. He then disappeared. The smoked salmon plate was nearly empty, the bowl for green salad was nearly empty as well. All the chafing dishes were wide open and the food was cold. It appeared the same cream sauce was on both the salmon and the chicken, the potatoes were hard in the center, and the dessert selection was picked over and looked store bought. We spoke with the manager, Nick, who was so defensive that even my 10 year old daughter noted he shrugged his shoulders in an “I don’t care about your opinion” kind of way the entire time he told me they “were busy” and “the food looks good.” Our party of 5 dines out often and we almost always enjoy our experience. Our 10 and 12 year old children are adventurous eaters, and this buffet offering was not only messy and nearly empty, the dishes offered were uninspired and more representative of a budget wedding gone awry than the upscale winery vibe they boast of and inspire to be.

   So impressed ! Went for easter brunch with my mom and husband the atmosphere was beautiful natural light and athe brunch had a great selection of food and the quality of the buffet food was excellent especially the carving station roast beef and ham so delicious surpassed other buffets ive been to Service was great everybody was attentive even with the large crowd very low level of noise very relaxing even the selection of music types were great We will definitely be back

   We celebrated Easter at the Orchid House. Everything was perfect! The food, the service, and the ambiance were all perfect! We love everything about the Orchid House & will definitely be back! Kudos all around! Thank you!
