    The restaurant is beautiful! It’s like dining in a greenhouse, but the food and the service left a lot to be desired. We sat for about 20 minutes before someone came to us, and no, they weren’t abnormally busy. They served my friend a room temperature glass of rosé, she sent it back, no one ever brought her another glass until we followed up, and none of this was done with our server. In fact, aside from our server, taking our order, and bringing our check he never checked back in up with us. I ordered the crab benedict, the crab did not taste good, and the hollandaise sauce was very lemony, and the breakfast potatoes were awful. Not even edible. Hard as a rock, as if they took some leftover potatoes and either refried them or put them in the oven! I really wanted to like this restaurant because it’s so pretty but it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in LA unfortunately.

    Unfortunately this was probably the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant…ever. We were one of four people in the restaurant and two margaritas took 20+ minutes and the bartender in suspenders AND a belt left the other bartender high and dry when the restaurant got to full capacity. We saw 2 separate parties leave before being helped/served. Good food though, little salty, you can get better food/service/ambience elsewhere

    My husband and I met up with a friend for dinner. The restaurant was busy but not chaotic, which I appreciate. The beet salad was the best beet salad I’ve had!

    Went for their “Golden Hour” happy hour and the appetizer choices could have been better, but the drinks were great! The Go Go Gochujang drink was really spicy and delicious. Dinner was phenomenal. The milk bread was soft and flavorful and stands on its own without the butter. I also had the duck confit and kimchi bacon rice which was an amazing meal. Exceptional and unique! The experience was amazing overall!

    Disappointing. Food. Service. Price. And the music was… making us concerned about the morose state of whoever picked it. If people are coming for a $75 pp dinner don’t put on depressing music. I imagine someone thought they were doing something eclectic and cool but it put this damper on the whole restaurant. I wish I’d listened to the poor reviews. We came for a celebration and we were in a good mood when we arrived but we left after an hour and a half of meh food and service and prices feeling kinda down to be honest. Our server never asked if we wanted another drink when our glasses were empty mid way through our meal. Also proceeded to collect all the silverware on one plate when clearing the table and stack all the dishes haphazardly like we were at Dennys. The food was fine. But for that price point I expect it to be more than that. I honestly wish we had gone to CPK for this special occasion because I’d have known what to expect. The structure is interesting. Maybe for a drink this place is minds cool visually but I regret being the one who booked it for our special dinner. Make some changes. Could have been wonderful. But hotel restaurants often have you cornered so I suppose they will always have some stream of customers.

    We came with a BIG group and everyone was so so helpful and great and amazing. Service was fantastic. Easy valet parking. Gorgeous spot. Can not emphasize enough how incredible the service was.

    2nd time here and the food and service was just as wonderful as the last. We ordered the blacked shrimp and grits, the crab eggs bennie , breakfast burrito and the smoked salmon bagel plate during our stay. All I would highly recommend! Stunning setting for all occasions. Came hear for a Galentine’s (seating of 11) brunch and came back for a brunch date staycation @ Line with my partner. Thanks for a memorable time Openaire and Line staff!
