   The vents were not turned on making it very smoky. Waiter only visited the table a couple times. Food was awesome.

   This was my first time back at Oo Kook after many years. I was excited to see that the restaurant has maintained its great service and food quality. We enjoyed the all you can eat format. We will be back again!

   Exceptionally clean restaurant, and staff were very attentive. They had premium meats and good banchan, my favorite being the japchae (noodles). I’d definitely want to try this place again. My only complaint would be that the portion sizes were a bit large for my group of 3. I would’ve loved to try more of their meat and seafood selection, but we all got full very quickly. Otherwise, I had a great experience! Note: the music selection was very nostalgic, great for 90s and 00s crowd

   Our server disappeared half way through our service and we had to order more food from other servers and runners. Everyone else was able to fill in but our server should have checked in more often.

   Overall it’s a great place, well seasoned side dishes and very attentive. The only surprise was that they apply the tip to your total immediately of 19%. There is no sign on the menu or surroundings that they do that. Just letting you know. But will come again. They also do valet (cash only) of $4. Last call of food is around 10-10:30pm.

    My to go, always satisfied when going here. The meat quality beats most places. The service is great and their quick on getting what you need.
