Our server Ashley was absolutely amazing. We had such a great evening out and it was our first time really experiencing this location. We can’t wait to go back again and hopefully had her as our server.

Overall food wuality and service was good. Only reason for a four was my scallops and my wife’s short ribeye pasta were both at best warm, not hot. Presentation was excellent and taste was very good. Last item is they didnt plate us and the couple we were with simultaneously. Always a pet peeve when minutes go by and you want to be courteous to your friends. That being said was still not hot as they asked us to not wait on their food.

Hi Michelle, I am sorry to hear that your food was overcooked. May I ask if the server checked in after you received your food and did we ask to remake it or get you something else? We always try to fix any issues when it comes to food not being cooked to your liking. I also admit that when we are full of energy and atmosphere it does tend to get loud and its something we are working on!

Great birthday lunch for my daughter! Thanks for giving her a card and the dessert! You guys are amazing! Awesome food and service! The BLT was terrific and the Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had!

This is our 2nd or third dining experience at On Swann. They have a separate GF menu which was great! On this visit, we were a party of 3 and were seated at a very small round table that would be best suited for 2 diners. Between our water glasses, drinks, appetizers and the place settings, we were out of space. It was a birthday dinner, so when we asked to be reseated, the server brought over a small side table and placed it next to our table. This solution helped, but once the party next to our table was seated, the added table was a bit in the way. We watched as a party of 2 arrived and was seated at a smaller table for 2 by the window. Their reaction to their tiny table was priceless. When next we return as a party of 2 or 3, I will ask that we be seated at the bar. If you're a party of 4 or more, you'll be at a normal 4 topper. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. But beware, if you are a party of 2 or 3, the table space will be tight.

Our lunch was great! The service is incredible and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the empanadas from the nibbles menu. I had the grilled cheese that was very elevated with prosciutto. My husband had the chicken sandwich that he really enjoyed. He ordered the fries on the side that were so good.

Wonderful service and delicious food! The hot chicken starter was the highlight of the night for us and the service helped to make our evening lovely. We especially appreciated that the restaurant wasn’t too loud as most are in Tampa, which allowed us to have conversation without feeling like we were having to yell. Definitely will be back!

First off, our server was incredible. I always drink a lot of water with my dinner and she had no problems keeping up. She she was very professional, very courteous, very prompt, and in general a great server. However, the place was incredibly loud, the food was average at best. My wife had the steak, which was very chewy, and I had the salmon which was very dry.
