    While everything is priced higher here in Wailea, Olivine was unreasonable for the quality and service. I honestly felt like the meal was on par with Olive Garden, but astronomically more expensive. The bread antipasto looks like a little premade loaf from the grocery store, and nothing we tasted had any level of “wow” or interesting flavor. Such a disappointment. If the prices were more reasonable, we wouldn’t have minded. Service was also just “okay” - not particularly attentive.

    It was fine, nothing exciting or exceptional. I wouldn’t necessarily go back. Good view and ambience. The food was solid. You can find better dining options in Wialea.

    1st off, it was hot inside, even though it’s an open air environment they could use some more fans. The light on our table did not work, waitress said she would get a new one, never did, so my husband grabbed one off another table. When she brought us plates for the bread we ordered, one had a hair on it, we should have left then. We ordered the chicken dish, it was overcooked and dry. Husband ordered the wagu steak, it was honestly mediocre, for the price it was a huge let down (we all tried a piece) and his potatoes were charred. Our order including a pizza and food to table took about 35 minutes! We ate at MonkeyPod the previous evening and the food (we tried 6 different entrees) was amazing! We really wished we just went back to MonkeyPod again. Olivine was a disappointment and it left much to be desired sitting on the Grand Wailea property. Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere!

    Food was delicious, the pricing was ridiculous ($75 primo course of gnocchi!), but it’s at a 5 star Maui resort so to be expected. Was a memorable $400 tab for our family

    This is an open air restaurant in a location on the Grand Wailea property that does not get any good breeze. It makes for a very uncomfortable warm and humid atmosphere. Not easy to enjoy a hot meal under these circumstances.

    Food was fine definitely not worth the price food was not seasoned well enough for my taste and the bread antipasto we got tasted like they got it from a supermarket Not worth the price point restaurant was very loud and service seemed scattered and inattentive in my opinion

    My daughter and I had a great lunch here before shopping. We each got a drink and then shared a pizza and dessert. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the nice breeze. It was a very casual setting overlooking the pool.

    Service was phenomenal. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband had the steak and I had the salmon. Our kids loved the cheese pizza. Everything was great! Will definitely visit again!
