   We were really looking forward to our dinner at Olivine—it was supposed to be the final meal of our trip and a special way to end our vacation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. We ordered the Crispy Squash, only to find a worm inside the dish. Mistakes can happen, but what truly shocked us was the lack of proper response from the restaurant. The staff removed the plate from our bill, but the manager never came to our table or acknowledged the situation. When we requested to speak with him, his first question was “Where are you from?”—a completely irrelevant and dismissive reaction given the seriousness of the issue. All we wanted was a sincere apology and a bit of accountability. Instead, we were met with indifference and unprofessionalism. It’s a shame that this experience tainted the end of an otherwise wonderful trip. We won’t be returning or recommending Olivine to others.

   We visited Olivine from a nearby resort on the recommendation of a friend. The pizza was delish! We ordered the pizza bread for a starter , which was wonderful! The Spicy sausage pizza, and Chicken Parmesan sandwich for an entree. The pizza was delicious! The chicken sandwich was dry. Overall, a very good restaurant, with a very nice view.

   The worst meal we had during our stay in maui. We were disappointed by the food quality and price of our meals (given they were awful). The service & views were good, but would not recommend coming for anything more than a couple drinks.

   unfortunately, this was the worst dinner we had on our 10 day trip :( It just wasn't good. Skip Olivines and head to Ferrarros next door at the Four Seasons. They're so unorganized they listed the Stag's Artemis & Fay as Chardonnay lol. When we asked the waitress about the wine her reply was "I'm not sure, I'm new" and that was it. Food was just not good and for the only Italian place in this 5 star resort, it just should be at least 3 stars, but it just wasn't. I will say, the atmosphere was very nice (but that's hard to screw up in Maui lol)

   We LOVE Olivine... we are local and this restaurant is at the Grand Wailea Resort, but it's fantastic! Highly suggest you go hungry and enjoy as many items as possible... they're all wonderful! The squash blossom pizza is my favorite. Murillo was a fantastic and attentive server, too. All of the staff are wonderful.

   The food was delicious, however based upon the restaurant write up, I would have expected a menu based around Italian Mediterranean fare (more seafood, tomato/ garlic/ olive oil) as opposed to northern Italian heavy sauces. Also- this is advertised as handicapped accessible. Beware- to get to the entrance- we luckily found a security employee who let us in via the service entrance- otherwise my mother in her wheelchair would not have been able To get in.

   We had a great dinner. Our server was great. The food was good. The only downside was that we were in the middle of the restaurant with limited views. Would and have booked again.

   We went for lunch. The truffle fries were amazing (for $21 they should be amazing). The fish sandwich and caesar sandwich were not very good and we did not eat much of either of them.
