Olivecrown is a quick-serve restaurant serving great Mediterranean food. Our focus is to bring you classic homemade recipes with a modern twist. We take flavor seriously, so we ensure the use of high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients at all times so you experience the ultimate freshness in every bite. We strive to offer quick and convenient service and create an overall fantastic experience for all our guests. Balkan cuisine uses many spices; but usually in very small quantities. Most dishes are light, as they are cooked in lots of water; the sauces are fully natural, consisting of little more than the natural juices of the vegetables in the dish.
Typical ingredients include tomatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, spinach, courgettes, fresh beans, plums, milk, and cream cheese called Kajmak.
