The Artesian Restaurant located within the Historic Hotel provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our culinary team blends local flavors with global cuisine to create a delightful menu that ranges from seasonal Southwestern favorites to a variety of international dishes.

We had a great experience at the artesian restaurant. The ambiance is cozy and calm, building on the vibe at the ojo caliente hot spring/spa. Our waiter was attentive and friendly and the food was amazing! We had the ceviche to start, which was flavorful and fresh. Followed by the steak and lamb. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the lamb was out of this world- so full of flavor. We were too full for dessert but would love to come back and try more.

Really nice ambience, friendly and helpful staff. Food is mediocre and overpriced, as in most resorts. Great value to come for a quiet getaway!

We love the Artesian and Ojo Caliente Resort and Spa. Such a lovely experience every time. My husband proposed to me near Rio Ojo and we just returned for a “mini-moon” after our wedding. The food is absolutely delicious, the vibe is intimate and the service is totally flawless! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our server, Zach, was very good. Restaurant could use an interior upgrade - updated for such a nice resort. We got the kale salad and chicken fajitas that was good but not remarkable. Think next time we’ll eat in the wine bar, has a better vibe

Was very nice. The only issue is I added avocado to my salad. I got 3 tiny sliced for a 4.00 up charge.

Great food and vibe. Annie was a fantastic server. Fajitas were great. Large portion. Watermelon gazpacho was out of this world. Highly recommend dinner if you are staying on the resort or visiting for the day.

Best spinach salad I’ve had in a long time. I added bacon and it was fabulous! You can tell they grow their own produce and source local ingredients. My husband had the rack of lamb which was also outstanding. Order rarer than you like, the waiter recommended medium rare, which he ordered, the chops come out medium.
